Website is clear and easy to use unlike some I have encountered recently . Obviously haven’t received the goods yet as only ordered this morning but my experience so far has been good.

Delivery took 16 days and when arrived the packaging in flimsy plastic bag, no box. Shoes squashed in the bag and the material of the shoes look like cardboard all squashed up. However ive tried them... Voir plus

Very poor quality of fabric and badly…
Very poor quality of fabric and badly made. My dress arrived in a label London package but it was shipped from China. To return the item I had to pay for the courier. My first quote for returning a 0.3kg parcel was £23! I shopped around.
Clovedale offered a 25% discount if I kept the dress, this was rejected as the dress was of such poor quality it would never be worn and not suitable for rags. Hopefully I will receive a full refund. In future will always check that the company I’m buying from will refund and return without any additional charges for the customer.

Good products, with clarity.
Good products with clarity on all key issues. The only drawback was a lack information on the product on certain points - so there was plenty of information on delivery, returns and sizing, but nothing on what the product was made of.
However, this is a minor point.

Please read the reviews where people have recieved their goods(if i can call them that)
The combat shorts i ordered looked great on the website but the ones i recieved where absolutly shocking in every way possible
You can NOT get a refund unless your brave enough to pay a ridiculous amount to send them back tracked delivery. I honestly dont think you'd ever get a refund.
Dont be fooled like i was by their very polite customer service emails prior to your delivery.
STAY WELL CLEAR.

Takes weeks to arrive
Takes weeks to arrive. Umpteen emails that your order is one the way. When arrives it’s cheap material and nothing like the pictures. Be warned! This is another cheap sweat shop in China. Don’t be fooled by the USA address!

This company offers a 50% refund immediately after ordering to write a review. This is prior to despatch or receipt of the goods. The positive reviews are therefore 'paid for' by the supplier.
Any reviews written after receipt of goods are negative. Extended delivery, poor quality goods and 'no returns' policy (to China) unless the buyer pays the carriage.
My goods have not been despatched, they were ordered today Sunday 7th June 2026, Order no LL294307877 which has been confirmed. I have today 7th June 2026 requested that the order is cancelled and refunded. I suspect that I already know the likely outcome of the request. I will update the review once I know more!!
Every sinew in my somewhat mature body is shouting 'you've been had, it's a scam'!! I could be wrong but I suspect that the sun will come up tomorrow!? There's no fool like an old fool!!

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. I ordered a dress. But the fabric is completely different to the image and the dress has buttons that aren't shown. In short it's cheap and nasty. Although it's clearly a different and inferior product from the one I thought I bought apparently this is my preference rather than their fraudulent practice so I have to pay for the refund. Do not on any account buy from these people it's just cheap Chinese tat.
