Website is clear and easy to use unlike some I have encountered recently . Obviously haven’t received the goods yet as only ordered this morning but my experience so far has been good.
It was very easy to navigate through the site, the site is very well organised. My only issue is the shipping. It was saying premium shipping but didn’t specify how long. I had to go back into the shi... Voir plus

This is a dropshipping scam
This is a dropshipping scam. Items were not as pictured and were cheap polyester. They also wouldn't send me a prepaid return label (which is UK law) and indicated I'd have to pay the costs to ship it to China.

I ordered some sandals…. the delivery took slightly linger than I expected, but they arrived and Im delighted with them.
Although I didn’t make contact with customer service, they di however keep me up to date with my delivery process.
So all in all I will be a returning customer.

Cheap and sub standard fabric. No uk address to return the item and long pointless emails from Anne who obviously doesn't want to refund for the dress.
I have to pay to return to China! Disgraceful and should be illegal to cover up the fact that this set up is in China.

Terrible company
Terrible company. The material of the dress that I received was nothing like in the picture, false advertising. I’ve emailed 3 times asking for the return process but have not had a response. I would strongly advise not to use this company. Their customer service is dire.
I wish I read all of the bad reviews before ordering, they aren’t wrong. Incase you do read this review my order number is
