Terrible
Terrible. I created an account using my phone which indicated I no longer have a policy with club 4x4. This shocked me as I was 100ks from home. The whole drive home I was paranoid that I no longer had insurance. When I got home I tried to log on using my PC to no effect. Realised the account wasn’t created so went through the whole process again this time it showed I had an account.
Get the process sorted please before going live with something new. I didn’t need that stress with what I’m dealing with at the moment

Getting quotes for my car and van was easy and purchasing the policies as well. Good web site and policyholder dashboard. An app would be good in this day and age. Hopefully I won't need to do anything other than renew next year.

Raised the level of my recovery on my policy for a trip into the Simpson. Did this over the phone and found it very easy, and that when I no longer need it, I could take it back to my usual level. Staff very helpful and friendly.
