The consultant was helpful but the automatic coverage reductions in the renewal did not make sense - especially the reduction in accessories coverage and their replacement cost has not reduced

Worst Service in 40 years
This would have to be the worst Insurance company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with in 40 years.
3 phone calls to staff that are untrained in the insurance industry.
60 minutes on hold to speak to someone.
Both cars involved in claim are insured with 4x4
My other car is insured with Coles and they answer within 5 minutes and have the whole claim sorted in one phone call.
