Poor after hours service
Un able to update policy or login to the system over the weekend. No response to my efforts to contact and I am still not convinced my policy payments have been deducted.

The lady answered with such an upbeat disposition and made a personal connection over the phone - rare for call centres. And my problem with registering for the online portal was solved immediately.

Why bother paying for roadside assist?!?
I called Road side assist due to a non starting vehicle that it was in a dangerous spot, half on a road and half in a driveway on a blind corner as it stopped when getting the mail (300 Series Landcruiser) it could not be moved, I had a lithium jumper pack that could not jump it as it was not big enough, I called the hotline and expressed that I urgently needed assistance as I had a flight to catch in two hours and the airport was 45 mins away.
I was told under 60 mins
I called again after 80 mins and could not be given an estimated time of arrival
I had to pay a private mechanic to come out so that I could make my flight on time.
Absolute piss poor effort!
