This is an incredibly disingenuous review, and wholly unfair. The items are end-of-life items (they're not produced anymore), we are one of the few places that stock them. Because of this, delivery can take longer. This is explained on the item description. They were packaged in their shipping box and wrapped in black 'pallet wrap' - we do this so that if a courier leaves them outside on a door step etc, they are more protected than a standard cardboard box. All our deliveries are packed in this way. It is not "cello tape", whatever that is.
Awful Customer Service
Awful Customer Service. Ordered and paid using Clearpay and I honestly wish I hadn’t bothered as they don’t deserve my custom. They ignored 3 messages I sent enquiring where my order was, and only sent it out after I got in touch with Clearpay.
Order was packaged badly, boxes bashed, I’m actually stunned at how rotten this company is- avoid!!!
@Coffee Pod Co, I would email you but it might go into your junk folder again.. 🙄🙄
I said the package was bashed, the pods themselves weren’t damaged thankfully.

Unfortunately your order did have some issues at the couriers and got mislaid at a dispatch depot, I’m so sorry that it arrived damaged. It left us well packaged. I’ve only now, just found your emails as they were in our junk folder. If you’d like to email again we can look to resolve it? I’d be interested to see pictures of the delivery.

Edit. Yes, was told dispatched usually on same day. Took 10 days and absolutely no response to my emails. Poor customer service. Will not be using you again.
Edit. I emailed you 3 times using your email address and your contact form. 10 days it took to come, that’s not a day late! Edit. 3-5 days does not mean 10 and I did try to contact you. If anyone reads the other reviews they will see the same off other people. I would check you have the right email on your site and that your contact form works as it obviously doesn’t. Will never use again.

Edit: If you read our delivery information on our website "Orders placed before 17:00 (5pm) GMT will be dispatched the same day. Orders after this cut-off will be dispatched the next working day (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays)."
Order placed 7pm Tuesday, dispatched Weds, Thurs, Fri, Mon, Tues (should be latest delivery day), delivered Weds.

I can see you have now received your order. I apologise that it was a late delivery. I hope you’re now satisfied. We are one of very few companies to still stock the oat flat white as it is now obsolete.

Ordered and paid my order, promise of delivery in 3 to 5 days. Still not delivered 2 weeks later. E-mailed company twice for an update but they have not replied.
Arrived, finally, 2 and a half weeks and was.....incorrect
You sent 6 costa nespresso pods blend 8 when i ordered 10 and sent 4 blend 5's which i did not order and they have been binned as i do not like. The order arrived incorrect ! As a business accept your mistake, apologize and rectify as best yoy can. Don't not admit it or worse.....make it come across a customer is lying. Disgraceful

As we explained, the second-hand/ex display machine you ordered was out of stock so we sent you upgraded you to a similar machine that was brand new. I apologise if this didn’t meet your expectations.

Ordered 4 boxes of coffee 15 days ago. Emailed for help on my order with no response. Also sent a message through website and again no response. No contact number to speak to anyone.

Ordered 2 weeks ago - no delivery yet
Ordered 2 weeks ago, paid for 3-5 day tracked delivery. No communication until I emailed Monday when I received an “order complete” email - no tracking info or dispatch info. No further news so have emailed again to cancel and get a refund. No reply to either mail. Avoid this company.

Won’t be ordering again
I’ve been waiting for over a week for my order and they don’t reply to emails, give a tracking number or update order progress until I messaged them again today & they sent me a tracking link.
When I finally got my order, which was ordered on the 7th but took until today, (the 16th) to get here, only to find both boxes were battered & crushed & 1 box was split open.
Won’t be ordering from them again, sorry but your service is terrible & packaging needs to be improved to stop items getting damaged in transit.
