Wish I had read the reviews. Shocking

Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered . Absolute shocking service, waited 6 weeks for embroidered epaulets that never arrived. Emailed him twice and his replies were rude and abrupt. Got a refund and then a voicemail from him swearing non stop at me and “Don’t come back”. Disgusting foul mouthed man. This will be reported for the verbal abuse!

One star is too many!

I contacted Combat Logos for a slight adaptation of a rank slide they already provide. Unfortunately the ordering process is hindered by not being able to find anywhere an example of colours used for text, even though they request you to pick one. Due to my confusion I emailed Alan in an attempt to clarify ordering points, and ask regarding the slight change to design.
Replies were relatively quick, however as the exchange continued the tone and content became increasingly blunt and rude, all because I was seeking clarification before ordering.
I have since carried out some due diligence and discovered I am not the first the subjected to the wrath of Alan.
In closing, one for the rudest companies I have dealt with, and I will be taking my custom elsewhere, and will gladly pay more for the privilege of not being disrespected. One Star is one too many.

This is a most unpleasant character

This is a most unpleasant character. Alan, who answers the phone when you call is quite the most ridiculous person I've dealt with. I cancelled an order but didn't receive a confirmation, so I called the number. Alan picked up the phone and told me that I'd called at an inconvienient time. He did call me back and told me that I'd been refunded and then proceeded to tell me about why my call was inconvienient - I suggested that in future that he should not answer the phone in such situations. He told me to F-off and hung up. Go anywhere else for your kit - this fella does not deserve your business.

Order is for 2 rank slides

Order is for 2 rank slides. Was told 2/3 weeks. Rung at over 4 weeks. Obviously after the hello, and I told him (Alan), who by the way has done 22 years regular, 9 years reserved, served with General in Kosovo and knows a Captain (all from one enquiry phone call) my issues. Abruptly, he then fires straight back, have you read the bold writing? He then labours the point, I am in a queue system. If you want, il just cancel it was his answer, with no offer to help. I then told him his attitude towards customers is shocking, and reminded him he's not in the forces anymore, hence he shouldn't speak like he is. He then swore, threatened to cancel my order and then called me arrogant, and then blamed the government for how his business is struggling. STAY AWAY. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, IF YOU WANT A GOOD, EFFICIENT AND TIMELY SERVICE.

Abysmally rude service

This doesn't deserves a star.

I placed an order online, then had to wait 6 weeks for it to arrive. When it did finally arrive I realised I have made a mistake on the order. I emailed Alan and explained, asking if the order could be remade with my error being corrected. (Will ro pay of course) bellow was his responses.

"It very clearly mentions MATERIAl to be Navy Blue? I was surprised when I saw that but hey the customer is always right eh?"

(Now in Navy Blue text)
"You did receive a confirmatory email by way of ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL, which very clearly states that you asked for NAVY BLUE MATERIAL okay.

The email below is the email that you received once the order has been dispatched and again it mentions the navy-blue material there. So please don't get stroppy with me because you possibly didn't see the order confirmation email as it is probably sitting in your spam folder or something mate."

From my first email to him, I stated the confusion in regards to me placing the order. I fail to.see why he couldn't have just said, no worries, we can remake the order at your expense.

I will actively seek to ensure no one uses this company. You'd be better off asking someone to spit in your face and paying them for the pleasure.

Rude customer service

Enquire about a custom design 1 week ago. I had a tight timeline due to non-receipt from a different company, but still had 9 working days. Made this clear during communication and they never mentioned any issues. Followed up a couple of times with them not replying to emails after they had asked me a question.
Now responses are rude and unprofessional.
“I don’t care what I said yesterday mate”
