Would give zero stars if I could. Just like so many others, ordered the floor cleaner for £19. Never received it. Never had any replies to emails. Then website stopped working. Did a charge back and my credit card people have emailed to say they have challenged it. My CC company are pushing back so will see. So they reply to that but not to customers! My own fault- shouldn't have fallen for their scam. At least only £19. Could have been much worse.

Obviously got scammed again! I ordered the hoover/floor cleaner months ago. Still hasn’t arrived. No longer access to their website either! I feel so stupid!🤣

Order placed on 7th May 2026 with Irys Boutique for a Floor Cleaner. This order has not been received, no refund has been given. Merchant does not communicate. Have contacted them on numerous occassions and have not heard back from them. I have alao contacted Shopify who also do not communicate. I want my money back!!!!!!

This is fraudulent marketing, stealing money from people who are purchasing in good faith and not supplying products purchasing

Ordered an ice cube maker from this company on 17th May 2026 and still haven’t received the item to this day. Biggest scam going. BIG RED FLAG 🚩

Ordered a hard floor hoover from here in may, hadn't heard anything after a month so emailed in June, nothing, emailed again early July and nothing, raised a chargeback with my bank and was refunded straight away.

I ordered an ice machine in May and it’s still not been delivered. No follow up emails or no way to contact them!

Order never arrived. They ignore my emails. Link to track delivery has expired. TOTAL SCAM COMPANY!!!!!

I ordered a Pro Hard Floor Cleaner back in April and nothing was ever delivered. The website has since become completely unavailable, which confirms this is definitely a scam. Thankfully I only lost £19, but it’s still extremely poor and very frustrating.

This company is a scam — do not be fooled like I was.

Ordered an ice machine,long story short was delivered to an address the other end of the country, no reply to contact, contacted my bank regarding the payment being a scam got a refund….do not use may as well burn your cash! Buyer beware!

Scammer, never received the floor cleaner. Down £19. Seller still will reply to tsb fraud but not to customers. Stay well clear!!!!

My parcel was delivered to another part of the country and trying to contact them to report this is a nightmare.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! Complete scammers. I ordered an ice machine. Got delivered to London and not in the town I live in. Tried emailing them a number of times, no reply. Reported on Shoptify but they just forward the email on to the seller so that isn’t helpful. Guess I won’t be getting my ice machine or my £20 back. Lesson learnt and I hope you buy food with my £20 and it’s gives your the SH!ts !!

If only there was a zero star!! Ordered the floor cleaner 2 months ago! At first tracking was showing shipped from Hong Kong now website is unavailable and I’ve lost my £19 which I can ill afford to lose!!!! At least I’m not alone being scammed by them 🤬🤬🤬

I placed a order on the 22nd April for a hard floor cleaning and I never received it, email the company and got no response from them,gone on there website and it is not available

My brother ordered a floor cleaner and now the website has been took down i had a feeling that it was a scam after i kept checking on the tracking and it was no change

I don’t even want to put 1 star !! Ordered a floor cleaner. The day it’s due to be delivered the website doesn’t exist any more !! A definite scam !!!

Dreadful scammers !!! why are they still putting out ads no contact you can't track items and no responses to emails

Total scam my 19 pound floor cleaner never came now I've noticed other reviews. So looks like I've been scammed too!!!!
