Scam company! Ordered two recliner chairs and delivered to wrong address, no response from delivery company or iris’s boutique. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering . Never order anything from them

I ordered two garden recliners for £19…
I ordered two garden recliners for £19 last week. It said they were delivered and no one has been to my bungalow. I messaged him to say the CCTV across the road. I asked them in the Home and they told me to get in touch with the police, they’re the only one that can look at them. I told him all that and I haven’t had anything back from him whatsoever. I think they’re con merchant though they’re Polish they know what they’re doing.

Very disappointed
I have had no response from them regarding the delivery and I have emailed them now 4 times I have been in touch with FedEx and they say all the delivery details are incorrect and can’t help any further so I am feeling very frustrated and disappointed was really looking forward to my item.
