AVOID!!! Got scammed on floor cleaner!! Never received and emails not replied too 😡

I ordered the recliner garden chairs. Looks like I’ve been scammed. Despite saying that I received them, they were never delivered. I have tried to make contact repeatedly but to no avail.

Ordered the floor cleaner, never received even though they said it had been delivered by Fed-x I've emailed 3 times with no response. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!!!!

Scam company. Ordered a floor cleaner which didn't arrive. After countless emails I did eventually get a refund. Avoid at all costs

I ordered the pro hard floor cleaner on the 28th of April said to give upto.30days for delivery no.correspondence to any messages sent on the page SCAM please stay clear

Apparently delivered to another person. Floor cleaner scam - claiming off credit card company.

Scam company!! Ordered the floor cleaner on the 5th May!! Its now June and no floor cleaner, no email or sent confirmation!! Just got an email to say they got my order but no tracking or sent status. I have emailed multiple emails and still nothing!! Avoid like the plague

This company is a scam ..I haven't received my hoover. Sent lots of emails asking where the item is .. I tracked it esaidnit had been delivered . I have cameras and no delivery had been made . Everything was in Italian on tracking site

Ordered 2 of these floor cleaners, but unfortunately delivered to the other side of the country, can’t get anyone for irys to talk too, so I guess I’ve been scammed 😡😡😡😡

DO NOT USE THIS SO CALLED COMPANY. I ORDERED A FLOOR CLEANER WHICH ALLEGEDLY WAS DELIVERED TO A ADDRESS IN LANCASHIRE. I LIVE IN LONDON! THEY DO NOT REPLY TO EMAILS. THEY ARE SCAMMERS

I ordered a floor cleaner machine and they said it was delivered but I never received it and they never responded to multiple requests . I was conned .

I also ordered the 2 garden chairs, again said it was delivered by FedEx on 26 May. You guessed it, FedEx do not have my address and the tracking number does not exist. From reading the comments, these scammers use the same trick over and over again. There must be an authority this can be reported to.
The company name that my order was under is Irys Boutique not Iris Boutique, they must change there name around a bit !!!

Order a pro hard floor cleaner and I have not received this just got a message saying it’s been delivered and singed for by c James i have emailed this company a load of time and getting no answer would not order if these again I think it is a scam place shop else where in future

It seems I’ve joined the long line of people who have been scammed by this company!! Ordered 4 reclining chairs, says they were delivered last Tuesday singed for by an E.Tracy but certainly not received by me! FedEx want their shipping address and phone number to continue with my complaint but I’m unable to find any contact information at all, anyone else??

I ordered and paid for the floor cleaner but did not receive it even though the tracking says it was delivered. I have emailed Iris boutique three times but have not had any reply whatsoever!
