Fraudulent company tracking says delivered but to someone else in a different part of the country sent multiple emails to them with no response scam steer well clear

Paid £19 for machine floor cleaner, payment taken early May on my DD card, nothing receive, can't make contact, Complete Scam, so annoyed 😡

Bought the hoover which says delivered
But the item was never received
I’ve tried emailing but no response

As been waiting for 2 months for my item
As been signed for at a place in Cambridge but I live in Cheshire. But can’t get hold of no one.

Been scammed for a pro floor cleaner, ordered on 30th April, still not received, have sent multiple emails and been ignored. Avoid at all costs!

This is a scam company, i have tried contacting the company and have no reply, and so far have waited over 2 months for my order

Product never arrived
FedEx shipped to London even the weight wasn’t correct
Trying to get a refund via bank and they have refused it
Absolute scam of a company

Absolutely disgraceful and nothing but a scam DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE i would give it no stars

Attempted to track the item purchased a few nights ago through signing up to a third party app - the Said app attempted to take £30 from my card last night!

Stay away from the pretend seller!

Ordered a floor cleaner and still said prepared for shipping. For over a month. I was dubious about it but thought give it a try if its a scam then my loss. Definitely a scam so avoid

Ordered recliner chairs they said they were delivered two day after I ordered but never received them I have security cameras on our house nothing has been delivered I’ve sent multiple emails never had a reply they are nothing but thieves no address or phone number to contact them filled in complaint on there so-called website no reply my bank is dealing with this now I paid with a credit card

This Company is a complete con.

My floor cleaner that I ordered said that it was received two days later in Luton spoke to FedEx and they tell me that it’s a ladies cardigan so advise me to get the correct tracking number on it. Have sent multiple emails no response so clearly scammers.

Scam scam scam says my order which suprise suprise was a wet dry floor cleaner was delivered in Manchester town centre somewhere then when I emailed they said they'd had a glitch with the computer and I was given the wrong tracking number I was then given to " right one" but still no parcel tried to email and now there's no response PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM

Like the people who wrote these reviews I also have been scammed.
I ordered and paid for 2patio chairs.I have written loads of emails wanting to know where they are.I looked up my order number but it says they have been delivered which is nonsense.Oh and none of my emails have had a reply

I lost 19 pounds so far, its been more than a month and the wet/dry vacuum cleaner never come 😞 please dont buy from this company!!!

This is a scam website DO NOT USE. I like others ordered the floor cleaner and did not receive it. I e-mailed but got no response. They must make a lot of money scamming people. Disgusting people 😡

I’ve been waiting for my Pro Hard Cleaner for 10 weeks now. Enquiries for my order remain unanswered. Irys Boutique are thieves. DO NOT use them. I want to give smaller businesses a chance, but this is why I stick to evil Amazon because I know that I won’t get conned.
