Hi, thank you for your feedback and apologies for the delay in replying here, it was overlooked at the time and picked up at month end. We spoke with you directly a few days after your review and we're glad things were resolved shortly after.
We're sorry you were left without internet during your switch. Your previous provider ended your service before the 30-day notice period was up and your new Superloop plan couldn't start until your fibre upgrade was complete. We should have explained that activation timing more clearly upfront so you could plan around it.
We've since updated our process so customers upgrading to fibre are told exactly what to expect and when.

I couldn’t be happier!
Diana is the best! I didn’t think it would be so quick and easy to set up my internet but here I am ready to surf the web ☺️ also I’m so happy that I got a plan that’s cheaper than what I was afraid it’s gonna cost. So overall I really couldn’t be happier. Also Diana deserves a promotion just saying!
