They claim to offer customers ' the most efficient, reliable and affordable parking services which will allow them to enjoy stress-free travel'. This is a complete lie. They provide a platform for fraudulent meet & greet parking 'services' to operate - do not use them, you will be scammed by the parking firms they advertise.

Extra charges!! Ever though at time of booking it shows as all fees included. This is not the case, they charge £10 each way, but wouldn’t get us get on drop off bus without paying for both ways upfront. Waited over an hour for a bus, which then couldn’t fit all passengers on, so some had to wait until they returned which was another 30 minutes. Only one bus running at a time so if miss or can’t get on, you have to wait. No toilet facilities as stated and run by foreign staff who hardly spoke English. Car park is a gravel yard and it’s a free for all so god forbid you get blocked in. At pick up, they tried cramming too many passengers in when not enough sits. For a little extra, park at the airport!!

Rose parking LTD! Incredibly rude staff ,bad communication was left waiting with my child in car park for over 30 mins when arrived at drop off and also 45 mins when waiting to collect despite giving notice as asked on website!! Pretty disgraceful service & company will never use again!

AVOID booking meet and greet with IMG Parking Limited through this company for Luton Airport.
We called 30 mins before arrival, as instructed, and were told to go to drop off/pick up car park level 0, area D, which we did.
After several minutes and no one arriving we called, first time no answer then eventually they answered. The person was difficult to understand and seemed to also have difficulty understanding me as kept asking how far off we were and had to repeat myself several times explaining we had already called 30 mins before arrival and now at the airport.

It was a strained call and when I apologised that i hadn’t understood so asked her to repeat what she’d said slowly she proceeded to shout the words “I dispatch now” at me several times.

Still they did not arrive - called again, same difficulty (after they answered eventually) with a different person, but at least this person didn’t shout at me but I did seem to keep going round in a loop. Told me someone was coming.

After 44 minutes, and panic setting in, we exited the area and booked official Luton airport long stay.

But as we were over 30 minutes at drop off/pick up cannot pay for parking as over the time and will get a parking garage £95, plus presumably the parking time (£7 for 10 mins plus a £1 per minute there after). Not to mention the £80 meet and greet initial cost and then the parking we used at long stay £130

So all in all parking for 1 week which should have cost £80 has cost us c. £350!!! Plus a whole lot of stress, thankfully I had allowed 3 hrs, as we only had 1 and half hours when we arrived and if i didn’t have special assistance as unable to walk we’d have missed our flight!!

If it was possible to review with zero then i would.
Do not and i mean DO NOT use this company to book your airport parking!
They are as much of a scam as the parking services that they offer.
Utterly appalling and refusing to refund me my money and appear to have now blocked my number after hanging up on me!

Avoid this company.
Very rude customer service and completely unreliable. We called in advance exactly as instructed, yet the driver kept hanging up on us and then told us to wait another 40 minutes after arrival.
Totally unacceptable behaviour and very stressful before travelling. This is not a professional meet & greet service at all.
I will never use this company again.

The provider I had through this company was awful. Really late to collect our car and we faced extra charges which have not been reimbursed. Compare your parking were not in the slightest bit interested in this and the appalling communication from the company. They gave no support for this issue. I would never use them again!!

This was the most horrible experience! At the return, we waited for 2 hours before the car was brought. The person at the phone says the car is coming in 10 minutes, but it doesn't happen. and you call again and again and they always lie to you. Late at night, we thought the car was stolen.
And because they use Orange Parking at Stanstead to meet and greet, you have to pay the parking card both on departure and arrival which cost you additional £26.
Never again!!

Despite phoning in advance there was no driver to collect the vehicle - wait time almost 1 hour resulting in £21 charge and concern for catching our flight. On return again there was over 30 minute wait and the charge was £13 -- the advert and confirmation email said it would be £10 each.
My request for £14 refund was met with a polite apology but no refund.

Really poor experience, they use meet and greet companies that don’t look after your car, they lined us up with Rose parking at Heathrow. Now the car needs a respray, paint overspray or grinding dust imbedded in paint, apparently I should have taken time stamped photos before handing over to them.

They advertise parking for a certain price then there is a parking charge of £10 when you arrive and another £10 when you leave the airport. Very scammy behaviour. Customer service is very bad and rude.

Absolutely avoid this company (iPark). They operate under the name “Gatwick Premium Parking” but appear to use multiple business names while all sharing the same phone number (07563870088), which raises serious concerns.
I waited 2.5 hours for my car to be returned at Gatwick after being told it would take 40 minutes once I landed. While waiting, I met another family dealing with a different company name but the exact same phone number and they had already been waiting 3 hours. Another woman had been waiting 6 hours using iPark.
The man on the phone was extremely rude and kept giving excuses about traffic and road closures, despite there being no issues on the roads. When my car finally arrived, it was covered in mud and grass. I asked the driver where the car had been parked, and he laughed and said “in field” while pretending not to speak English, although he clearly understood everything we were saying.
Very unprofessional and dishonest service. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company and any related businesses using this phone number.

Terrible company,book through these, meet and greet at Stansted airport, car wasn’t returned and had to get taxi to collect the car ourselves, neither safe meet and greet or compare your parking will respond to my calls and phone numbers for each company seem to go to the same person, who cut me off as soon as I complained and asked for refund for taxi. Avoid at all costs not to be trusted

Paid £49 to book my car in for 3 days at Stanstead. They then charged my card £72 and changed the days on the booking. Spent hours trying to contact someone but was just passed around. Eventually, I was told that I was not within the cancellation period (even though i contacted them within 2 minutes of booking) and I would not be refunded the difference! This was their error!

Hi dont use this company it called compare your parking they have very bad service the dont mention on booing when u get there the get u to pay parking fees in and out and meet and greet service is so shit no attertued at all I waited 1 hour for my car at stansted they side 15 minutes then i called bakc no answer then called after 30 minutes then sida 5 minutes then another 30 minutes i waited for my car in a wheel chair it a joke company run by clowns and my car was covered in mud inside the car

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
We waited an hour for our car to be collected from Gatwick short stay car park & 2 hours for our car to be dropped off. We were not alone in this, several people were in the same situation, even a family with 2 young children. When you phone the company to ask how long you will have to wait you are fobbed off by being told 10-15 minutes. You also have to pay an additional £16, £8 short stay parking fee at collection & delivery!

Couple of names for the parking company?? AIRPARQ LTDand PREMIUM TRAVEL LIMITED for meet and greet T4. Defo not meet and greet! Firstly rang as per instructions 20 mins away. Nobody there to meet. Had to ring again and wait another 15 mins when arrived. Pick up. Again rang as per instructions after getting luggage. Although I did put in the the wrong day to return (we were a day later had to pay£20) no problem there but had to wait over 30 mins for car to arrive. Usually use purple parking and never had this experience before so will not be using Compare your parking again

Avoid them at any cost
Bad service there's £20 hidden charges and you will more than hour to be picked up from airport
