Do not use this company, they are a scam, made me wait 3 hours with an infant, and everytime you call them, they keep on closing the phone.

I just wasted 20 quid on this company for nothing. Tried to book the cheapest long stay around Stansted, but they don't give you the exact details of the place before you book. After booking, finally got the name and address, saw that that place has truly terrible reviews, AND you have to pay an extra 20 pounds for pick up and drop off. I thought I would cancel, and luckily I had paid 2.50 cancellation protection... Nope... Actually that 2.50 just gives you more time in which you can cancel. It doesn't drop the cancellation charge which is 20 pounds. I feel like an idiot for not looking at these reviews before. This is another cowboy company.

Worst parking company ever I tried to cancel within the cancellation period which I just spoke to a Colleague and said needs to be 72 hours before which I did as I did on 7am 10th may when booking was for 12pm 13th may processed the cancellation and says wait upto 10days for refund now after speaking to an agent he said wasn’t with the cancellation period of 72 hrs which it was and that’s why no refund has been processed not only that gave me no other reason and hung up on me terrible service and the fact they try charge you ontop for bus service is a joke people please avoid scammers like this if anyone knows who we report this too be much appreciated thanks

Misleading advertising and complete service failure!

I had a very frustrating and costly experience booking airport parking through this website. TWICE!

I specifically chose what was advertised as “Executive Meet and Greet” parking. However, after receiving my confirmation, I discovered the actual provider was Safe Meet and Greet, a company I had previously used via this compare site and deliberately wanted to avoid due to a terrible past experience (over 3 hours waiting for my car).

What’s particularly concerning is that this provider appears under a different name on this platform, with much higher ratings than they have elsewhere. Their genuine Trustpilot reviews are extremely poor (mostly 1-star), which makes this feel like misleading and deceptive advertising.

On the day of travel, the service failed completely. I tried to contact the provider 30 minutes before arrival as instructed, but none of my calls went through. I made over 20 attempts via phone and WhatsApp from multiple numbers, no response at all.

As a result, I was forced to use the airport’s Short Stay car park at a cost of £70 per day, totalling £280.

This experience caused:
Significant stress at the start of my journey
A complete lack of service
An unexpected £280 extra cost

I would strongly advise others to be cautious when booking, as the actual provider may not be what is advertised.

We nearly missed our flight as they didn’t come to collect the car despite calling ahead of time, they wanted to make us wait 1 hour after landing so ended up having to pay for a taxi to the yard that they kept the car. Terrible service ! AVOID

Do not use, this company act as a broker and don’t care about the quality provided by the service provider. We booked through them and our car was very late being collected so we nearly missed our flight. The car was returned late. Staff unhelpful and dishonest

Cowboys leading Cowboys - that's the only way to describe them. They offer services from unregulated 'companies'; show fake good reviews, fake names of the companies, fail to tell you about additional fees until AFTER you have booked and paid and take no responsibility for the poor service you will receive. It's cheaper and less stressful to book in the long stay airport carpark or park nearby and uber.

Do not trust these people and never leave your car with them. You may not even know where your car is, and when you come back, you might not find it there anymore.

I went abroad for a short period of time and accidentally left £565 in the centre console of my car. When I returned, the money was gone. One of the employees even confirmed with the driver that the money had been in the centre console. Later, they also admitted that the money was there. However, the money had disappeared.

I was lucky that my car was returned. Others might not even find their car when they come back. The police are currently involved and there is an official report filed.

I will do everything I can to get my money back, and if necessary, we will even take this matter to court.

I would warn people not to use this company they are awful, we were told to go to car park 6 when we do it was full, we tried to contact the company it kept going to giff gaff answer phone. When we eventually got through we were told to go to the Premier inn which we did and it cost us £30 because we were in the drop off zone eventually someone picked it up after 28 phone calls. We are now back from our break and have been waiting 30 minutes so far still no car has arrived, and yes youve guessed it keeps going to answer phone

Disaster! Booked at Stansted for a 2 week holiday. Suspicious happenings from the start. Asked to park in one car park then that was changed to another. Told to park by ticket machine even in a disabled space. A few Asian men wandering about looking at registration plates - no uniforms or ID. After a fair wait with nothing happening, airport police and security descended en masse and moved them on. They have a site about 2 miles away but they are NOT allowed to use airport carparks for collection and return of vehicles. We were lucky to have a landside officer find us parking in the main meet and greet at a reduced rate but others may not have been so lucky. We still had to pay £21 to get out of that car park. So, we had paid £107 initially and had to pay a further £120 on the day. A stressful start to a holiday. Unexpectedly after threatening CYP with legal action, we did get our money back but DON'T risk it. DO NOT USE THIS CHEATING COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES !!! Read the reviews and AVOID!!!

AVOiD !!!!! Twice I’ve used this platform , 1st time my sunglasses were stolen out of my car by whoever picked up my car from Stansted and the second time I was booked to meet the parking company very early last week and the phone number I was asked to ring no one picked up and I tried over 50 times !!!! So I had to pay £150 by using the rip off official car park . They need to vet the companies they use as I’ve been ripped off twice . Never again !!! DO NOT USE AVOID !!!!

They left me, my daughter and my elderly mother stood outside the airport for 4 hours in the early hours of the morning. Only when the police were called and drove us to your site we were able to get our keys and car back. I didn't get home until 6am and had to go to work at a school for 7am. It was one of the worst experiences I have ever been victim of by a company. They didn't answer 159 of my attempted calls and when they finally answered one they started psychopathically laughing down the phone at our desperation.
This was at stansted but we were advised that compare your parking is all the same company operating all these little cowboy junkyards and they have been trying to get rid of them for over a year and a half as there are large groups of stranded victims there on a daily basis. The drop off was also stressful and unnerving they rarely answer the phone and are so vague and were late collecting the vehicle also.

No communication, they answers the phone once, I told them I would be half an hour (as per their instructions) I expected my car to be ready & waiting for me but they left me waiting at Stansted Airport for over 2 hours!!!
They hung up when I called subsequently. My car had been valeted prior to my holiday yet there were dirty footprints in the front and back. It looked like they were using my car to taxi people around. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

These parking service they connected me with was 30 mins late to drop off and 50 mins late to collect. Useless.

Scammers, stay away. I booked parking through Compare your parking, and checked when booking that it won't be a company which you have to leave your key with them, guess what, that was bit the case. I got booked with someone called Just park and ride, bit to be confused with just park.
Absolute chaos when I got there. A metal shed for office when you drop your key, which is not stated in the email. A nasty attitude from the staff member on site. And to top it up, a £20 fee to be dropped off to the airport .The shuttle, fitlty...
And, they don't drop you off in the airport, but in the parking lot of the hotel near by.
Never again and would highly recommended to avoid.

The company acting as an agent do not care about the companies they promote. In particular the company used did not follow their own procedures, no one there to collect the car, and a nearly 3 hour wait to get the car back. AVOID at all costs, they may be cheap but they do not provide anything near a"meet and greet" service.

So many people at Gatwick waiting for cars for over two hours from these clowns. Don’t book. Use a trusted airport provider and don’t risk a shitty end to your holiday

If i could give it 0 stars then i would. My elderly mother booked meey and greet through them wity prime meet and greet at stansted. She and my neice are disabled and my neice has autism/adhd so we use meet and greet as its easier with their equipment and with my neices autism.we followed instructions and called prime 30min before arrival but no answer. I called repeatedly and even left whatsapp message... nothing. We entered the orange car park (12.00 entry fee) and found no one. It appears prime is not licensed to operate in stansted. My neice had a melt down, my mum was crying my sister was stressing over where to park. It was rather traumatic start to the holiday. Luckily we got parking in novotel... another 80.00 and managed to get to the airport but our first day was ruined. My mother was still crying on the airplane. It really caused havoc. I just wish my mum had spent time looking at reviews because what ive seen they are not great. Ive reached out to the company but have heard nothing. Please if your looking for airport parking research research research and ensure they are licenced by the airport.
