Avoid at all costs. They took my money, never collected my car, and I still haven’t received a refund. Every time I call, they hang up on me, and my emails are ignored. I paid for a service that was never provided and have been left completely out of pocket. Extremely disappointing experience. Do not recommend.

Don’t trust Feefo reviews on their site. Avoid this company. Waited an hour to receive my car with mud coving the floor mat and inside.

SCAMMERS DO NOT USE, if I could give this zero stars then I would. We used this service for our parking for our wedding. The parking provider completely failed us, the compare website said they would investigate and has been radio silenece since. Leaving from Stansted. Told us to go to Orange parking, when we got there at 4am, told us to go to a different residential area. No address given. Kept hanging up. Time was ticking so we had to pay for premium parking which was over £100. 20min before departure the chosen parking operator called wondering where we were so would have missed the flight. Will be contacting bank to report fraud and speak to solicitors.

I used the meet and greet at Gatwick. Arrived at Gatwick South at 5am and made sure to call 30min prior to my arrival. When i arrived I was met on time and had no issues. My flight back was to Gatwick North and landed at 11.30pm. I called and informed then of my arrival. My car was waiting for me when I got to the Car Park. There was a group of 10 of us so we had two cars and received great service on both so would definitely use again.

£20 cancellation fee. Unfortunately, I read the reviews after booking and not before. I decided not to use Park Pilot Ltd for Stansted airport as the reviews are horrendous - no wonder the average rating of the reviews is 1 out of 5.

I strongly advise against booking parking through Compare Your Parking.

The companies they list appear to be poorly vetted, and in my experience this led to a disastrous situation at Gatwick Airport. The parking provider I was assigned was unavailable on the day, and the contact email provided was not even valid. I was then given a third-party contact option, which was equally unhelpful.

When I arrived, the situation had escalated to the point where police were reportedly involved due to disputes between customers and the parking operator. Some customers were allegedly being asked for excessive additional payments. The confusion and lack of support resulted in me losing my parking booking and ultimately missing my flight.

What was most disappointing was the complete lack of customer service from Compare Your Parking. Despite multiple emails, I received no meaningful response and no assistance in resolving the issue.

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this website and booking directly with a reputable parking provider instead.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this car park company. Upon arrival, I was left waiting outside in the rain with a small child for over an hour. Despite calling the company more than ten times, I received little assistance and no clear communication about the delay.
Leaving customers, especially those with young children, standing outside in poor weather for such a long period is completely unacceptable. The lack of customer service and consideration shown was very frustrating and caused significant inconvenience.
I would not recommend this company based on my experience and do not book with them just to prevent other families from being treated the same way.

This service advertises and promotes third-party parking operators at Gatwick Airport. Based on my experience, some of these operators appear to present themselves in a manner that may not accurately reflect their identity or service offering. As a result, I have serious concerns regarding the level of due diligence undertaken by this provider when selecting and promoting its affiliated parking services.

The website itself is extremely simplistic and lacks clear, transparent information regarding the specific parking operators being booked. In my case, important details about the parking provider were not made sufficiently clear until the confirmation email was received after purchase.

Having reviewed the terms and conditions, I formed the view that they are drafted primarily to limit the provider’s liability and responsibility. While businesses are entitled to protect their commercial interests, I found there to be little emphasis on consumer protection or accountability for the quality of the third-party services being advertised. Which means they won’t support you if you are filing a complaint against one of their providers.

My experience with one of the promoted Gatwick parking providers was among the poorest I have encountered, and I believe the provider should take greater responsibility for the standards of the businesses it chooses to advertise and facilitate bookings for.

In addition, I attempted to contact customer support through the instant messaging service. At the time of writing, four days have passed without any response, which raises further concerns regarding customer service and support standards.

I don’t expect to be verbally abused (called a see you next Tuesday) by the owner of a business. I dropped my car at Stansted airport with these absolute swindlers. At first I had to pay for the car park on both ends of the journey which was not part of the agreement. Then on the way back left standing in the rain for an hour waiting well after our agreed time. Horrific service - do not use!

My experience with this parking comparison website has been extremely disappointing.

The site advertised a car park as having excellent ratings, yet after booking I discovered numerous negative reviews elsewhere describing issues very similar to the ones I experienced. The ratings displayed on the comparison website did not reflect the reality of the service I received. One star on Google and Trustpilot, yet showing 5 star on their website.

The car park itself introduced additional charges that were not shown at the time of booking, and the overall service was far below what I would expect from a supposedly highly rated provider. While using the service, I encountered multiple other customers who were also complaining about their experiences.

What concerns me most is the apparent lack of transparency. The company operating the car park appeared to be trading under a different name from the one shown during the booking process, and the contact telephone number provided proved to be unusable. When problems arose, the comparison website's support system was effectively useless and unable to provide any meaningful assistance.

I also submitted a negative review through the platform, but it never appeared, which raises serious questions about how reviews are moderated and whether customers are being shown a balanced picture of the services listed.

A comparison website should help customers make informed decisions and protect them from poor operators. Instead, I felt misled and left without support when things went wrong.

Based on my experience, I would not use this website again and would strongly recommend that customers conduct their own independent research before relying on the ratings displayed here.

Stay away from Stansted Newfarm carpark, Park Pilot LTd, damaged my car, staff advised by manager over the phone not to mention anything to me, while dashcam was recording them.
Email to Park Pilot ltd and compare your carpark is unresponsive, they hang up on calls. Have to go to Court.

I booked a parking service through this website for my holiday, at Luton Airport. When I arrived at the airport and called the number, the company informed me that they were cancelling my booking. Since then, I have had no responses from the company or Compare Your Parking about refunding my money, and compensating me for the extortionate last minute parking I had to pay for. Awful service, promoting fraudulent companies and taking no responsibility. As a last attempt to contact them, I spoke to one of their agents who repeatedly told me that it was nothing to do with them and to follow their complaints procedure. I have followed this many times with no response.
Do not use this website.

Terrible service! 2 hours late, driver was so rude and tried to start a fight with us when he finally arrived!

When we arrived it was all a bit chaotic cars everywhere and no clear instructions. We found the attendant and he was very nice polite kind and helpful which made me feel a bit better. Whilst we were waiting for our transfer a family came back and started arguing about their mileage change. The attendant explained this is just a drop off and pick up site and the car had been moved to a different location which was explained in our booking info. I couldn’t hear how much their mileage had increased by but the conversation got very heated and I did start to worry again. On return I couldn’t get through to the company for collection. 4/5 calls later they finally answered but it was very difficult to hear and I did not understand the location pick up. I called back a few times as I couldn’t find the location and it was clear the man was getting frustrated with me wheb he exclaimed find it yourself and if you arnt there we won’t collect you and then hung up on me. I started to get very concerened again especially after a 10 hour flight and over 24 hours of being awake. We located the collection site and were taken back to the car park. Everything was fine with my car. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired following the argument we whitenesses and the unwillingness to help when we were struggling to locate the collection point. But my car was returned in exactly the same condition it was left and everything was fine. Overall our experience was fine.

DO NOT USE. They hold your vehicle for ransom, will not allow you to access it until you pay extra cash.

This company does not deserve any stars. Avoid like the plague. They lost our car and key. The company had our details but were not able to tell us where our car was. After 6 hours we were able to locate our car in another random field near Stansted and they were not able to locate the key, I had 2 children and 4 suitcases with me when we were stranded. I ended up getting a taxi home which cost me £110 and we had to collect the car the very next day with a spare one. Original key still not found. Please avoid like the plague. The customer care team are awful and did not show any remorse.

The service I used through them was absolutely terrible! Gregg Maurice Limited. They were using my car while I was away. I got a letter of Intended Prosecution from Metropolitan Police as my car was driven though red traffic lights 8miles away from the car park at 3AM in the morning!

Do not use this company, they are a scam, made me wait 3 hours with an infant, and everytime you call them, they keep on closing the phone.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. ITS CHEAP BUT ITS USELESS.
