DO NOT USE this company. I booked parking at Stansted. They use SC Parking Ltd who are utterly useless. They took 2 hours to bring the car back when I arrived back at Stansted. I kept calling and on the odd occasion they answered and didn’t cut me off, they said it would be 2 minutes….1 hour later it arrived.
There had been a front seat passenger in the car when they had it as there were mucky footprints in the passenger footwell and items had been moved in the rear of the car. They are absolutely awful.

AWFUL DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT 2 HOURS FOR YOUR CAR

Bad service, worse communication, lied every phonecall “your driver will be there in 5minutes” for 2 hours

Never again these operators are crooks of the highest level they charge you again for taking you to airport from car park
On top of that a family with children 3 and 5years old waited 2 hours to be picked up from airport after flight another lady had her car damaged after leaving it there

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! SCAMMERS! booked airport parking using this website thinking it was official Stanstead airport meet and greet and later discovered it was not. The company behind the booking has horrendous reviews from people having muddy cars, waiting 90 minutes for the car to be returned, even mud inside the car passenger side. People having to wait for the car to be picked up. And, being charged and extra £26+. I am traveling alone with 2,children so I decided to cancel and book direct with Stanstead airport official parking. I called compare parking to cancel, totally unprofessional, raising his voice at me and charged me £20 to cancel!

Our experience wasn’t great, and I wouldn’t recommend this parking service.

We were asked to ring on the morning of our booking, but when we did, there was no answer after several rings. Shortly afterwards, we then received calls from three different phone numbers, one after another, all trying to confirm the same car drop-off time, which felt disorganised.

We dropped our car off at the designated pick-up/drop-off area at Luton Airport, but the person collecting it was wearing normal clothes with no company branding or identification. It looked very unprofessional and honestly made us worry that we might not get our car back.

When we returned, we were told to collect our car from the Holiday Inn car park because they were having “issues” with the airport drop-off area. It gave the impression that what they were doing at the airport may not have been authorised.

To make matters worse, since returning we’ve received two parking tickets from two different days, suggesting our car was moved around during our trip rather than simply being parked where we’d paid for it to be.

Overall, the whole experience felt disorganised and unprofessional, and I wouldn’t use this company again or recommend them to others. Will not be using again.

They don’t even deserve 1 star….
2.5 hour wait…. Rude…. No apology…. Unprofessional….. had to pay an extra £16 in parking fees.

There were two other couple who were also waiting so it wasn’t just us!!

A very non-transparent parking service provider. The transfer between the parking lot and the airport is charged additionally and is £10 per person. In case you want to cancel the reservation within a reasonable time, you will be charged £20.

Waited for 5hrs today for my car to finally be returned to Gatwick. A total of 41 phone calls saying the car was on its way. Which it wasn't.
Spoke to a different person every time, the customer service is shocking, they are rude and say they'll call you back and they never do. They turned off the tracking in my car too. Contacted the police who came to the car park to assit, us and 2 other families all on the same flight. The driver's aren't even insured on our vehicles.
They tell you to wait in car park 6 level 3, then put your car somewhere else to avoid seeing you, and leave the key on the tyre because of threats and complaints against them taking hours and hours to return cars. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I cancelled my booking just a few hours after making it and was still charged a £20 cancellation fee. To make matters worse, there was also a £20 airport levy that was not clearly included in the advertised price and was instead hidden under a “More Info” section.

I even paid extra for cancellation protection, only to find out it still didn’t prevent a £20 cancellation charge. That felt misleading and offered very little value.

The company may point to its terms and conditions, but simply putting something in a policy doesn’t automatically make it fair or transparent. Customers should be given clear pricing upfront, not expected to uncover extra charges buried in additional information.

This has been one of the poorest customer service experiences I’ve had. I won’t be using this company again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others.

If I could give a 0 rating I would. Please DO NOT use this company. I cancelled the booking the day after I had made it and they ignored all subsequent emails regarding the cancellation. I tried ringing and was assured that my booking would be cancelled but it wasn’t . I had to raise a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. I wish I had read the reviews before I had made the booking.

Waited 2 hours for car in 33 degree heat. We kept phoning for communication but they just laughed. Eventually when car arrived the driver explained that the car had been blocked in as they thought we weren’t due back for another week.Incompetent and rude.

Absolutely shocked and horrified this company is allowed to operate. It pretends to be a comparison site and us actually one company, therefore can get away with not showing it's reviews. I paid £2.50 cancellation fee then was charged £20 yo cancel once i found out about the hidden costs! I will be writing to Trading Standards

They trade under the guise of a comparison site but in reality they are the only company. This gives them separation from any complaints about their service. Unprofessional, unreliable, no way to identify drivers. Late to collect and drop off. Driver said they don't work for them, they're "just helping out". Avoid

Total shock when I drove in and still had to pay for my ticket £13. And, was told I would pay at exit too. On top of my £60+ for 3 days. This is day light robbery. Plus extremely poor customer service.

Apart from the problems with dropping the car off (chasing around the car park at 6am to find the driver to leave the car with), the problems picking my car up (over 40 minute after being told the wait would be 20 minutes), my car had obviously been used whilst I was away (take away packaging left in the car), things were stolen from the car and to cap it all, I have now received a PCN because the driver tried to exit the Short Stay Orange Car Park at Stansted by tailgating whilst I was abroad. Compare Your Parking will try and argue that this is not their problem, as they are an intermediary, however they have a duty to ensure any company they are hosting the booking for is fit for service which means they are negligent. DO NOT USE COMPARE YOUR PARKING.

It’s pretty much a scam. They charge you extra for airport transfers and they don’t even bother to collect you on time. If you want hidden extra charges that you must pay on site after you’ve booked and if you fancy waiting 90+ minutes for your transfer then this is for you, otherwise stay away. Your vehicle will be in a muddy field as well and you have to leave your keys! Avoid. In the end you will not save a penny.

Never use this company to book parking.
I used meet and greet service using them, my car returned after 3 hours of wait at the airport with 3 little kids.
When I had my vehicle i noticed severe damage to my bumper at the airport, taken photos and videos, complained to the company they are not responding to me when I emailed compare your parking they said that they can't help me with any issue I can just contact the company directly. Its nearly a month and stay as not resolved. So stress because of them.
Its been more than 1 month and the complain team is just being awefull. Not dealing with this.

This company charges an additional £20 to the fee advertised for parking at Stansted to cover the airport levy. If you try and cancel your booking - guess what? The cancellation fee is £20, Would not use again.

SCAM/SCAM and outright thieves..
These people took my boking and never passed the money onto the parking provide (IPARK. IPark went out of business 3 weeks before I made the booking at Gatwick South Terminal.. They are advertising parking that does not exist, take your money then they tell you to claim back from the parking company that is NOT TRADING ! When you call them on 02039 257797 and ask why they never passed the money on and can you have your money back - THEY HANG UP ! JUST REPORTED TO TRADING STANDARDS /////SCAM///SCAM///SCAM

Avoid at all costs. They took my money, never collected my car, and I still haven’t received a refund. Every time I call, they hang up on me, and my emails are ignored. I paid for a service that was never provided and have been left completely out of pocket. Extremely disappointing experience. Do not recommend.
