Compare Your Parking Avis 

Having contacted the company to say my car was returned to me in a filthy condition, I have yet to receive any satisfactory resolution or reply. My car has obviously been used a work horse transporting drivers between airport and car park. A dreadful experience that I do not wish to repeat. Shameful company!!!

They changed the parking Co from Bee Parking along with the drop off point (which was located much further away from the airport in some country park car park!) and did not inform me until the day before travel. This meant i was within the 48hrs cancellation time and they refused to refund me despite breaking the contract terms. I am in touch with IPA and Trading standards. Absolute con artists, please do not use.

The advertised price initially looked reasonable, but when it came to finalising the booking, the pricing was not transparent. The amount shown at the start was different from the total cost once the details for both the outbound and return journeys were included.

This made the whole process feel misleading and frustrating. Customers should be able to see the full and accurate price upfront, without unexpected changes appearing later in the booking process. What appeared to be a good deal at first ended up costing more than expected.

I would not recommend this service based on my experience and would advise others to carefully check all charges before completing a booking.

Do not be fooled by their slick website or fake promises.

Their website claims: "At Compare Your Parking you'll find a complete overview and price comparison of all independent car parks. Search & book your parking space with no fuss, at the best rate..."

This is the biggest load of nonsense I have ever encountered.

I rushed to book parking for Luton Airport through them. When I paused during checkout, a rep popped up offering me a "discount" to entice me to finalise the booking. Only after booking and reading the fine print did I discover the reality:

The "parking lot" was a dodgy backstreet location in Luton.

They sneaked in hidden fees—an extra £10 drop-off charge AND another £10 collection charge.

When I immediately contacted customer support to cancel this absolute farce, they had the nerve to demand a £20 "cancellation fee" just to give me my money back.

This company is a total rip-off. It’s no surprise that similar airport parking comparison setups are being investigated by consumer watchdog groups.

Avoid Compare Your Parking at all costs. They are complete con merchants and have no business operating. Save yourself the stress, the hidden fees, and the headache—book directly with official airport parking instead!

Very disappointing and unacceptable experience with SC Parking Limited’s /
Prime Meet & Greet .Meet & Greet service at Stansted Airport. I left my car with them from 18 to 20 July 2026. When it was returned, my Armani perfume was missing from the glove compartment.

The perfume was definitely inside the car when I handed it over. I have raised a complaint and requested an urgent investigation. Customers should be able to trust that their vehicles and belongings are safe while in the company’s care.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company

I booked a Meet & Greet service at Stansted Airport through Compare Your Parking, operated by SC Parking Limited (July 18–22). It was an absolute nightmare from start to finish.

When I arrived back at 2:30 AM, expecting my car at the terminal, I instead received a call from their staff saying my vehicle had "broken down." They sent someone to pick us up from the airport, but instead of helping, this staff member drove us to an off-site location, dumped us next to my broken-down car in the middle of the night, told me to "call breakdown cover," and just drove off.

When I inspected my car, it was clear it had been abused while in their care:

Mechanical Damage: The clutch was completely destroyed and undriveable. The car was in perfect working order when I dropped it off.

Joyriding / Misuse: The trip mileage counter had been deliberately reset to 0, which is a clear attempt to hide how far they drove it.

Unprofessionalism: The driver’s seat was left completely laid back, making it obvious someone had been lounging or sleeping in my vehicle.

This company has zero respect for your property and absolutely no duty of care for their customers. I was left stranded in the early hours of the morning with a broken vehicle because of their staff's aggressive driving and negligence. I am now pursuing them for the cost of a full clutch replacement and recovery fees.
Manage to speak with them one time, the cut the line and disappeared
Do not trust SC Parking Limited with your vehicle.

Avoid at all costs , stole £75 off me for doing nothing under Provider IMG PARKING LUTON AIRPORT, BURR Street parking.

We booked and paid for a Meet & Greet service at Luton Airport, but instead were unexpectedly directed to an off-site car park with a shuttle bus. None of this was made clear when booking.

The delays caused by your service meant we accidentally left a bag in the car. We were told it would take 10–15 minutes to retrieve it, but it took around 40 minutes, causing us to miss our outbound flight and pay for replacement flights.

The return journey was just as bad. We waited over an hour from landing to getting our car, despite being given conflicting instructions and repeatedly being told "5–10 more minutes." Calls were put on hold, disconnected, and communication was extremely poor.

To make matters worse, our car had clearly been driven more than necessary. The odometer had increased by 19 miles, fuel had been used, the passenger seat was fully reclined, and there were dirty footprints inside the vehicle.

This service was nothing like the Meet & Greet experience we paid for. It caused unnecessary stress, extra expense, and completely ruined the start and end of our trip.

I have requested a full refund and would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

Do not use this company. They do no vetting of the companies they advertise, and do not care when you get terrible service.

I booked meet and greet valet parking at luton airport, we got redirected to a car park on the way to the airport and a bus service so we almost missed our flight, and when we returned it took over 2 hours of waiting in the car park to actually get my car back which my 3 year old loved.

Plenty of other reviews with the same problems.

Used them to book meet and greet but they never actually picked up the phone despite 20 calls so has to pay an additional £160 to emergency park in a long stay. Raised a complaint but never heard back. AVOID

Initial value for money was excellent, but long wait to get my care back on my return. Then after a few weeks I received a parking fine for my car at gatwick sorry stay the day before we returned from our holiday. Customer service email doesn't work. Avoid.

Parking costs more than stated on paperwork.

A female on her own I was sent to a collection point behind the airport, not much lighting, it was 11pm, no one around and a long walk from terminal.
In my experience this is not meet & greet!!

Car park Company lost my keys and left me stood in the airport at 2 am with two young children and no way to get my car or get home. I then rang this website who I booked the Parking through and they continuously laughed and hung up on me. They are operating a scam service together do not use

Bristol airport parking service was appalling. Can’t speak English on the phone. Waited over an hour even though they kept saying 5-10 mins, they also left another people stranded who had waited even longer than us. Also they never pick up the phone and when they do they put it down! Avoid avoid avoid!!!

Worst experience. Booked a particular company ipark so I did not have to park for the short stay extra charges. The company even told me when i returned I would get a refund for this, and they are ignoring all my emails.
Very unprofessional! Avoid!

If you are thinking of using this site for parking at Bristol airport, ensure that the parking contractor is not GLD1 TRADING LTD as they are shockingly poor at
- Answering calls
- Timekeeping for pick up before departure and drop off on arrival
- Understanding the English Language

This company has faciltated me using a corrupt safe meet & greet business who then took my vehicle while i was out of the country, ran up PCNs and when i have done a financial check have 10 CCJ's owing £17k. i tried to speak to Compare your parking and they just simply kept putting the phone down on me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPARISON WEBSITE

Only giving this 1 star as there is no lower rating. Rude staff, poor communications, hidden costs and not letting you know the drop off point which isn't by the way, the airport itself! I haven't even made my return journey yet but I'm dreading it already.

Terrible company would never use again paid cancellation fee when I canceled they gave me a full refund then took £20 for cancellation bunch of thieves

I was concerned having read these reviews so contacted the company to cancel the booking. Reassured I had the cancellation cover. The online chat bot doesn't work. The chatbot couldn't help. The support ticket didn't work. I spoke to a man on the phone who told me "some people have good experiences some have bad". It then turns out there is a hidden cancellation charge of £20. I paid for cancellation cover. This only lets you cancel up to 24 hours in advance - for a £20 fee. No thanks. I have now booked with the official gatwick parking. The 5 star rating is scam on their own website. I am waiting to see if my refund comes through...

Note this is a subsidiary of Compare The Parking. The websites look very similar, but they are different. This was really frustrating as I was on the wrong one.
