Easy to place the order, telephone call to inform us of the delivery date (which was within a few days), arrived on time - excellent service!
Radiators were a bit pricey though.

Full heating materials
Really good price but really poor delivery service let me down and some of my order went missing which meant my job was slow to start, didn't really offer anything to compensate just to refund my £6.50 delivery charge.

Excellent service
From the moment of logging on the website finding and purchasing my items was so simple.
Confirmation email received assuring me my items would be delivered when requested and a follow up call as well!
The items were large and bulky but there was no issue when it can to delivery and not a word said about the fact my house couldn't receive a road side delivery.
An excellent around service.

Great products well priced
We have now purchased 11 various size 3 column radiators. They look fantastic, are incredibly efficient and delivery is prompt. Will continue using them for the remaining plumbing parts needed and recommend them!

Good Service, But there's need for improvement
The services provided by Compass Plumbing are good but l was unhappy when I noticed that items/products on their website appeared to cost more at their shop in Dagenham. Unless of course you order the items, print out and give it to the staff at the service till.
There's a need for uniformity in prices of items given on the website and in the shops.

Excellent service and product
This isn't the first time we have used compass the service is pain free the radiators are excellent quality and delivery is always on time with an e-mail before delivery to confirm delivery arrangements.

Delivery man would leave the good in front of your flat.
No help to carry inside!
When you ask for help he walked away!

Hello and thank you for your review,im sorry your experience was not the best, we will always try and arrange your delivery for a day that suits you unfortunately we do not have drivers at the weekend.
We can only give approximate times for deliveries on the day of the delivery due to orders being added all the time and the optimum rout for the driver, I cannot say what transpired on this occasion but our driver are normally as helpful as is reasonable getting goods into the premises without damaging the property or injuring themselves, we hope if you decide to order with us in the future your experience live up to our expectations.
