From ordering online to delivery compass made things easy and quick. I was impressed with the customer service when I rang them after delivery with a defect to the the boiler cover panel. I was offered a new panel or to return my boiler. I took the panel which was quickly dispatched. Still haven't had boiler installed so can't comment on boiler as a whole yet.

Super Service
I had problem when I bought seven radiator valves that did not suit the job I was doing. Contacted Compass and the problem was dealt with promptly, efficiently, and in a friendly manner.
I was even able to pick up the alternative valves I needed at a branch that was convenient and at a time that suited me.
No fuss, no bother, just excellent service and the price was good too!

My raw metal radiators look even better than the picture. The delivery was very fast too.

Excellent service.From ordering to delivery. I don't think I had time to switch my computer off when "knock-knock" one pristeen radiator was being deliveredsaved me vast amount of time perfect fit ,looks fantastic.

I purchase a radiator because of the value for money and resent review which where good. Delivery time excellent, have not fitted radiator yet so can comment on the performance of radiator.

Excellent experience
I just want to compliment you on a fantastic website, delivery system and customer service. I purchased a gas central heating package deal with 7 radiators, and the website made the whole experience really easy. I loved the BTU calculator. The delivery was prompt and the delivery driver was fantastic. When I spoke to a customer service team member, she was incredibly helpful and polite. Great company. I'll definitely be purchasing from Compass Plumbing & Heating again.
