I just rmy lamp.
I just received my 6 stone tower lamp, and I love it. It's a beautiful addition to my house. I've never owned a crystal lamp. I also have been buying stone bracelets. When I asked if the lamp would cleanse and recharge all my bracelets, they said yes. I was very happy. Costumers service is over the top helpfull. Im a life long Costumer with them since about 4 months ago

Every time I put on a bracelet from Conscious Items, my world comes alive. I feel protected, calm, confident and ready for anything. I wear them daily and when I’m out in public, I get so many compliments and questions… I’m always telling people… go to their website and look, you can even feel the energy from their page. Every item has been quality, beautiful, and powerful. I have been using their crystals, bracelets and necklaces for a few months now and my life generally has improved significantly. My Selenite tower also cleans my atmosphere in my home along with all of my crystals and other items.
Highly recommend them!

Poor Quality
I have purchased numerous Conscious Items bracelets for myself, family members, and colleagues. Unfortunately, almost all of them have broken within three months of purchase. Some even broke within the first 30 days, and while replacements were sent, the same issue continued. I now have two additional bracelets that have broken, and I am outside of the 30-day replacement window. Although i genuinely love the look and concept of these bracelets, the quality is extremely poor. At this point, they have become a total waste of money. Based on my experience, I do not recommend these products at all.

Ordered light up house lights. Lights came with external battery packs that can’t be installed without being visible. I was offered $7 refund for a $66 order because shipping would be high. Buyer beware!

Calculation Discrepancies/ Disabled Rewards
Great customer service via real time retention emails keeping you updated on your selections and purchases. Products and presentation are good too, I have spent close to $1,000 in 45 days.
Thing is, be careful when they have BOGO specials as their website calculator is WRONG! Be very careful and REVIEW the amounts assessed before you complete your purchase!
I noticed this within 30 minutes after the fact and texted them twice, emailed 4 times and filled out a form once. That form gave me the response that made sense. I had to illustrate the correct math to them in writing, emailed a snapshot of my detailed online receipt (which is my usual practice with online shopping as I hate to get duped) highlighting the error, which showed an egregious discrepancy of $138+! They responded finally but making it sound like the reimbursement was fulfilled out of goodwill rather than accepting their mistake.
On top of that, they have a rewards program but to this day, I cannot avail of the rewards as they show my account as showing 'zero purchases made' after signing in repeatedly. Not sure when that would get fixed.
So buyers beware! They do not have a telephone number to speak to a live person. Communication medium is only via email and text message if you allow them to. You need to watch your back with this online store!

Galaxy tigers eye is dyed and they corrected the issue.
Buyer beware! This company tells its customers that their “Galaxy” tiger’s eye is rare and has special universal power.
WRONG
There is only 1 natural type of tiger’s eye. That is the yellow/brown tiger’s eye we all know and love. When I contacted them to cancel my order they still tried telling me they were real.
WRONG
“Galaxy” tiger’s eye and any other colored tiger’s eye are DYED that color on natural yellow/brown tiger’s eye
Don’t believe me? Just google it and go to amazon and look at some of their ads. They actually say enhanced color
UPDATE
Since I posted this the shop contacted me and expressed great concern over the matter. They were unaware of the make up of Galaxy Tiger’s Eye and have since added the detail to their listings.
I’m happy to say I believe them and have restored faith in them. All of my other items were authentic and natural.
