Bought a a natural energy lamp…
Bought a a natural energy lamp recently. When I received it, it was lovely, but unfortunately damaged in transit. I contacted their customer services, who couldn’t have been more helpful. They were apologetic and replaced my lamp with absolutely no fuss. I would definitely recommend this company not only for their beautiful products, but also for their professional customer service.

I have to tell you I absolutely LOVE the bracelet. It is by far one of the BEST QUALITY AND BEAUTIFUL bracelets i have gotten. I have many many others, but the QUALITY of your goes ABOVE AND BEYOND.
I purchased this for my son, im so excited to give him it. Im also looking forward to shopping for myself!! I definitely will tell my bestie how beautiful these are.

Customer service was excellent. I reached out when only half of my order arrived and I started to panic that something was wrong but, I got a very reassuring email with a confirmation that they had looked into it and saw that my order was sent in three separate shipments. I was given tracking info. and the items arrived about 4 days later. I also absolutely loved everything that I ordered. I purchased the Find My Peace - Quartz & Tourmaline Lamp of Blooming Tranquility and The Purification Lamp. They are both stunning and of excellent quality. I can't stress enough how happy I am. I will definitely be buying more!

Conscious company review
I find that the conscious company is one of the best out there for crystals and if you're having any kind of trouble putting crystals together for any reason they will help you to do so. My husband has cancer stage 4 and they were able to put a kit together to put next to him and under his pillow which he accepted with open arms cuz I was kind of afraid he'd throw him at me LOL. And their crystals are top notch you're not going to find any better anywhere and the pricing is awesome and I suggest you join their loyalty program that way you get points and you can use vouchers for money off orders anywhere from $5 off to 50 or more. Today I use the voucher that was $50 worth and I was happy to use it. And it's nice to know that you're dealing with the company that actually uses real crystals and not fakes because there's a lot of that going around so I would suggest to use conscious so you know you're getting the real thing. BEST CRYSTALS OUT THERE

Excellent Products & Services
I've been buying from Conscious Items for a few years now mainly their anklets, bracelets and water bottle with a crystal in it. All products were all great, never had any shipping issues or anything. They recently came out with the crystal tree lamps & I bought 1 however it arrived broken. I contacted them & sent them the pics of it. Immediately they credit me back so I was able to order a replacement & followed up with me on it. The customer service was very prompt & courteous. I'm overall a satisfied returning/continuing customer.

I happened to see an advert on Facebook…
I happened to see an advert on Facebook for the Conscious Items Angel Car Crystal set and decided that as I carry protection crystals anyway, and I travel a very busy and aggressive road to work, I should have this set and promptly ordered! I was immediately sent a 'thank you for you order' and continued to receive email updates until my item was delivered! I was surprised that my order was shipped and received within 10 days and so well packaged too! The crystals themselves were beautifully boxed and I loved that I had a small card within it with recommendations for how to use them! I had never ordered from Conscious Items before but will be a regular from now on! The level of customer service combined with the attention to detail and quality of product is excellent! I love my new crystals so thank you very much!
