The customer service is GREAT. Korana took care of the cancelation and followed up on the part of my order that I did want. I have ordered many things from them and have enjoyed them all. I have also purchased gifts from them. The recipients loved them as well.

Love lamp sale
I like the company I like the stone set bracelets… I love the customer support care team they have never did me wrong…. I only have one complaint it’s petty but I don’t like when they have a deal and it’s for some short $$…. Example love lamp is on sale for $9.99 it’s usually $40….. I can’t get it unless I am buying something else for regular price…. That bothers me what if that’s all I wanted so then I miss out and wait til it’s on sale again with something I really want… welp by that time it’s sold out…..it’s irritating……

The spheres I ordered are not only beautiful in color and shape but were described on an insert perfectly as to how to use them. The box they came in is just as gorgeous as well as functional.

I like their crystal products
I like their crystal products, and their idea to plant a tree for every product sold. The support team is very effective and nice. I’ve purchased a lot of stuff from them. So far I like all of them.

I really like and trust this company
I really like and trust this company. Their customer service is second to none as they promptly and carefully prepare and ship orders. Each crystal or piece of jewelry comes in a satin bag inside a lovely aqua box, treating each purchase as if it was a gift. The quality of their crystals is excellent and clearly matching the descriptions on their website. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

If you’re on the fence - make the purchase!
I recently placed an order that required shipping in 2 packages. I received my first half very promptly but the second part took a little longer and didn’t update via tracking. This was during bad weather in California and I’ve wondered if that was part of it. Customer service was kind and expedient even though I was being impatient. The products are all beautiful and include lovely packaging - appropriate for gifting as is. I received a free selenite lamp that is beautiful as well. I received a trio of amethyst jewelry (earrings, ring, bracelet) that is gorgeous, and other items. Craftsmanship is very well done. I cannot recommend highly enough.💕🌸
