Amazing customer service and products!!
So far I have ordered twice from this company and honestly? Their customer service goes above and beyond ANY company I have ever ordered from online. They have emailed me numerous times to make sure that I was satisfied with their products and a shipping question that I had had. They went out of their way to make my experience absolutely perfect! I will be a continued customer for not only that reason (but it's a huge reason!😊) but their products are soooo beautiful!! Very helpful and very organised
Conscious items have been so helpful. I had a slight problem where an item I'd ordered wasn't available, but they allowed me to choose something else to the same value. They made sure I received it quite quickly too. I can not fault the service I have received it was impeccable. When I received the new item I was very pleased indeed and have had lots of compliments regarding it.

Kudos to Conscious items! Great company!
I ordered The triple protection bracelet and just a few days later it came apart. Due to it being a "free" item because of my accrued points because of previous purchases, it did not necessarily fall under the same guidelines for warranty, as a purchased item. I connected support and Alexandra the customer support agent was very understanding, caring, warm and receptive, and worked in getting me a replacement immediately. Gave me the option of choosing a totally different item at that. Now how cool is that? I also didn't have to pay for shipping and got it in just a few days (quantum leap shipping!).
Conscious items Rocks and continues to provide not only great products but also great customer service. Goes above and beyond expectations.

Amazing Service
So I have been shopping from this company for a couple years now. The quality of the bracelets are amazing. One of my recent purchases however had threading come undone. I reached out to the company to find a solution and within a couple hrs they packed and shipped me a replacement and kept in contact with me until my package arrived and after. They will go above and beyond to insure their customers are taken care of and I highly recommend them.

5+++! The items are authentic looking. I have the small victory necklace and it fits right along with the mother and child and cross emblem that I wear. I bought the amethyst, citrine and fluorite stress rings.I'm wearing them for good vibes. I bought the amethyst night light and it really does illuminate the room! I put it on a couple of hours before bedtime and then turn it off at night while I sleep.
A great deal of care is given in packaging for the safety & integrity of the crystals.
They offer awesome promos/offers. Conscious Items is my crystal go-to!

Purchased blue tigers eye bracelet had…
Purchased blue tigers eye bracelet had to returned as it arrived broken which they replaced, and tge replacement immediately started to fray that I just stopped wearing moths now of fear the beads will scatter and get lost as they require picture evidence to replace item.
