Oh my goodness, my entire experience! And that is exactly what you get, not being sold to or just buying an item from a shop. You have an experience. They treat you with such care and importance, I felt as though I were the only one they had, and I know that is far from the truth! I’ve bought so many products, lol, probably to the detriment of my marriage, lol. I’m kidding! Do you know that they have a Crystal Therapist? Incredible!

Missing items turned into a not so bad experience
I had ordered a Chakra tassel and the Leo bracelets. When all I got was the tassel. I emailed the company and they looked into why I did not get the bracelets. They were out of stocked and offered me to get something new since they were out of stock. So I got the positivity bracket with a credit. It was a frustrating situation that conscious items turned into a not so frustrating situation. The replays were within the day or next day and made it simple to deal with. There items are beautiful and I will deal with them again.

I have loved every product I have…
I have loved every product I have purchased at Conscious Items. I have purchased many bracelets, and pendants. My recent purchase was the large selenite lamp. I love this lamp. I gather my other crystals and crystal jewelry around it for cleansing purposes. When I don’t use it for cleansing, I love using this lamp to read by at night. I put it on my nightstand and the light is just perfect for me to cozy up with and read a novel. All their products are high grade and the real thing. No plastic here. I am a Conscious Items customer for life. Oh, and their packaging is beautiful. So if you are giving these as gifts, it comes in a pretty blue box and then the item is placed in a satin drawstring bag with a card attached explaining the properties of the crystal and how to use it. This is a perfect shopping experience!!! Have fun, you won’t regret it.

Outstanding company and services
If I could give this 100, I would!!!!
I took advantage of the wonderful BOGO sale they had which was on a Saturday evening a few weeks ago and I sent an email with a question thinking they would answer me back on Monday. They actually answered back Sunday morning and gave me a detailed explanation of the items I was purchasing.
I have never seen a team/company taking time on their day off to help their customers. The team leading this company is amazing, their professionalism, attention to detail, knowledge and care for their customers is like no other company.

I don’t typically take the time to write reviews unless it’s exceptional and so here I am. I recently purchased a protection bracelet for my wife and she loved it except for that it was a too big (note that it’s really made for male clientele) but the customer service from this team was amazing! They responded quickly to my concerns and because they couldn’t adjust the size on it, they credited me for something else plus gave me additional points in my account. To me this was above and beyond what most companies would do/offer, not to mention they were so kind and responsive. I will be a loyal customer and continue to support this business.

Conscious Items has quality products & amazing customer service!! I have ordered many times & have several necklaces & bracelets & the crystal pen set is one of my favorites. At the time of most recent order, my shipment came in 2 parts & the 2nd part just happened to get stuck along the way for a cpl wks & didn't move. When I emailed Conscious Items, they sent out a replacement order & checked on me throughout the entire process to make sure I received the items. Everyone was more than helpful & kind!
