I had placed a order on two items, one is a Black obsidan bracelet that blocks Negativity. I can feel this the moment that I put it on! We ordered a gift for a friend who is struggling to find some serenity and peace. The gift was delivered in a timely manner and was greatly appreciated. The recipient was touched.
Due to input mistakes on my part, there were some billing questions with my order. All questions and mistakes that I made were addressed and corrected promptly and in a positive manner. This purchase was a great experience and I will definitely return for further gift purchases.

I made an order for the beautiful strawberry quartz 2 bracelet set and I was so excited to see it when it comes in. When it was delivered I noticed there was only one bracelet..the beaded one on the stretchy thread and missing the strawberry quartz single bead on the gold chain. I notified Conscious Items and immediately another order was sent out the next day express priority mail and I didn't have to pay for anything or return the single bracelet I had. They went over and beyond to correct the mishap and I was totally satisfied and more. I love their products and they take good care of it being packaged beautifully and securely. They offer discounts on top of earning points to receiver more discounts. I am so glad I found this company...totally blessed and I blessed others with their products and spread the word of their company, products and Aloha...thank you so much!

Fantastic company, fantastic customer service
I had a very positive purchasing experience with conscious items that I’d like to share. First, the customer service is fantastic and responsive. I’m definitely not used to hearing back from a company within a few hours even though all automated responses say they will. This is a company that consistently responds a few hours later. Second, it doesn’t matter how many emails go back and forth, the tone is also friendly and they take the time to hear what the concern is to make it right. I’m genuinely so surprised in this day and age when companies appear to neglect their customers and the ethos the “customer is always right” that this company lives in. Not only do they sell fantastic conscious items, but they respond consciously as well.

This is the best place. I found the most wonderful candles. My whole house smell great and I had not even light them. When light the whole house smells great. Love the meanings on the candles and they sparkle. They staff was is very kind and helpful. I can’t wIt to go back and shop again.

Superb customer service and products
The postal carriers in my city are notorious for delivering mail to the wrong address. It happens daily and has happened with past orders from Conscious Items. On one occasion after contacting them to see if the item was insured, they sent me a replacement at their expense, which amazed and pleased me very much! To avoid the same thing, I asked if they could send my new order a different way, and they immediately followed up to tell me they'd send it FedEx and I happily paid the extra for shipping. I received my order with no problems and very quickly. Korana emailed me several times to keep me apprised of the progress of the order and she could not have been more helpful. I received my order and all of the items in it are just beautiful! I will be back and I highly recommend Conscious Items and their wonderful staff!

Gemstone from the earth replenishing the earth
Ever since I found out about this company which was 2020 I have always ordered pieces from them for my friends family and myself. The stones are beautiful good quality and lasting. I just bought earrings for my daughter and they arrived very quickly. I would recommend this company over and over again. I also like that trees are planted with every order.
