I gave it a four only because two of the bracelets I have are really tight but I still wear them because of their operating qualities and because they are really beautiful and go with everything. All of the bracelets should be adjustable. Not all wrist are made equal (being a plus human)

The post office lost my order and I called your company and told you what happened with the lost items , you shipped me my items again and I received them without an issue! I love love love crystals and was so happy when I won Conscious Items Valentine's Day giveaway! I received the Positive Energy Coaster's, a Obsidian Self-Cleansing Crystal Pen, a Green Aventurine Self-Cleansing Crystal Pen, and Rose Quartz Lamp of Compassion.
First of all, let me just say the customer service is amazing! They had run out of pens and reached out to me that my shipment will be delayed. I appreciated that as I was looking forward to them so I knew I had to wait alittle longer. It was totally worth the wait though.
I love the Positive Energy Coasters set. It was so beautiful, I didn't want to use it as a coaster. I actually put my other crystals on top of them. It's so pretty next to my nightstand. The lamp was more than I expected. I love that I can use the crystal by itself or use it on the lamp. It is a big size crystal too, which I loved! I loved my pens as well! The quality is amazing and I love that it comes with 2 refills. I use them everyday for journaling. It is so pretty to look at and comfortable to use. Now I want the clear quartz and rose quartz as well. I also love that they included little informational cards about how to use the products and what each crystal does.
Overall, the products and service is amazing! Because I love crystals so much, I am also very picky about them and all items passed all my standards. Thank you so much! I love love love all my items!
