It appeared I had received the wrong order so I reached out to try and get it corrected. Three chats and one phone call later I was able to finally determine where the disconnect was and that the order was correct afterall. But in 3 charts sessions, one in which the rep hung up on me, I was told thing that were wrong and/or misleading. It was not until I called and got a person that they cleared up some of the confusion. Just bad customer service overall and all around.
