I inadvertently ordered the wrong contact lens prescription. Although my newer prescription is on file and I have ordered the newer prescription more recently. So I was sent the wrong prescription. I immediately called and spoke with someone in the Chat. I started the return procedure but never received a follow up email. So then I spoke with someone named Maria who never put my order through because when I called a 3rd time they didn’t see the order. So I called again and finally spoke with someone named who seemed helpful. This was yesterday Friday . While the new contacts were expressed shipped and were said to arrive today I will now not be receiving them until Monday. Very upset and disappointed.

From renewing my prescription to ordering and have my new contacts delivered the entire experience went smoothly and easy.

Had an insurance allowance and insurance had 15% off anything over allowance. Contactsdirect did not honor any discount… also sends tons of promotions for 20% off in my email but does not allow to use ever with my insurance allowance…..

The ordering process was straightforward. I received what I ordered.
My concern is the shipping and tracking. When I placed the order the website indicated expected delivery was July 1. When I checked on the order on about june 29 the website changed the expected delivery to July 7. I assumed this was due to the holiday. Ultimately they were delivered on July 1 and sat in my mailbox in 100 degree heat for 2 days before I found them. I am a pharmacist and am very aware of acceptable temperature excursions. For this reason I may not use your company again.

Ordering was easy, however I never received a shipping confirmation email and website had no shipping info. So contacts sat in our mailbox for several days.

They did not send my contacts in time. They didn't tell me they were having trouble authenticating the prescription.

Warby Parker, did not run into this issue with my glasses. I NEED my contacts in order to safely drive. This is a medical device for me. This is not ok. I will never do business with this company again.

Fast delivery, great price

I was happy with the fast shipping. I was excited for my new contacts. When I put them in they are blurry. I can’t use them and so sad and disappointed. The boxes are the exact same as my prescription. I don’t understand why they don’t work. I tried another contact out of the same box. It was blurry. So I tired the other box and same thing. Not sure why they are blurry.

I ordered color contacts never had a problem but these last 2x I ordered 6 months supply wasn’t cheap I swear there defected they burn and all went to waste

Products are fine but I got exactly same things cheaper than other company.

The set of left contacts don't work. They say 2.75 but when I put them on my left eye nothing, just blurry. The order was shipped and delivered quickly but the left supply is useless.
