Shout out to Sam for the great servicing experience where he took the time to explain everything on the remote use since I forgot. That was super helpful.
Have two units across my living room and bedroom always had a great experience from the initial install in 2022, to servicing visits. Really great if you need a cooling solution for your home.

Amazing service
Had a problem with my A/C and they were out in 2 hours and sorted it. And the engineer that came (Andrew?) was brilliant. Very helpful, polite and quick. All in all amazing service. Highly recommend.

A great experience
The team at CoolYou are professional and knowledgeable and easy to deal with. They were focused on ensuring that the customer service we received was excellent. Exemplary Service
This was a regular maintenance service. What was remarkable was that Sam, turned up in good humour, was on time to the minute, positive, efficient and done very quickly. No jargon, just plain English.
We had some enhancements we wanted to talk about with him and he was knowledgeable and open to it, and made a video and forwarded it to the headquarters immediately
An all too rare example, these days of excellent service

I have a leaking unit
I have a leaking unit - every time they send an engineer and tell me everything is perfect. I no longer feel safe to turn the unit on and put a leak detector on the floor underneath. Annual warranty is useless.
Find a different company - avoid.
