Your device gave readings much higher…
Your device gave readings much higher than my my own device. After acquired a new monitoring device, my new device matched my own device. So I cancelled Co pilot.

Hi Janet, we are sad to see you go! Thank you for reaching out and letting us know about your experience. With all glucose devices, there will be a margin of error; no two meters will give you the same reading. The most effective way to use a glucose meter is to use the same one consistently, and monitor with a medical professional.

Hi Teresa, I’m sorry to hear that you haven’t been called on time. We do ask to give our nurses a few minute grace period, as they work with lots of patients and calls sometimes take longer than expected. We did recently upgrade our devices, and they may take some getting used to. Your nurse would be more than happy to help you set up your devices, and walk you through how to use the system if that would be helpful. Thank you for your feedback and patience, Teresa.
My nurse is awesome
My nurse is awesome! She gets 5 stars. OTOH, the most recently issued devices, BP and BG, are horrible. Difficult to use and unacceptably inaccurate. They get 2 stars, which is being generous. So 4 stars overall.
