Still waiting for someone to tell me where to send all my supplies back. I am not doing this anymore since I do not have fluctuations in my sugar or blood pressure.

The nurse listened to my concerns and offered good ideas.

I've had excellent nurses. I love the follow up every Thursday appointment with my nurse and I have the number to reach her. I'm able to read the nurses/ physician notes. And I love my blood pressure monitor and touch screen glucometer. The only thing is I wish the BP readings and glucometer readings would transmit to my phone.

Brantley Bridges is the BEST. Every Monday she calls to see how I am doing, and is always there if I need anything at all. I always look forward to her calls!!

More time needed, before a grade given! So far....we are getting used to each other!

Love my talking and getting helpful ideas on my diabetes

I've been with Copilot for awhile now. The first person I had was great but suddenly she was replaced. My second person wasn't has good. There were times when we wouldn't speak yet she would file a report. Now with the new glucose meter I got Lindsey. She is great. Keeps the appointments and gives me good tips. She gives me the encouragement I need to keep progressing in lowering my blood sugar levels.

This is an excellent resource for your care. They are quick to answer questions and send me more information on what my body is doing with both Type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure. I am so glad I have this additional resource to help me on this journey.

Very personable...Alexa remembers details about my ongoing situation so we're always building a good relationship and trying for better results. She offers practical suggestions for changes and she listens to my concerns.
