As an energy professional I can say without a doubt that Corona are probably the worst supplier I have ever dealt with. I have spent over 2 months trying to resolve two simple queries that were totally created by Corona and I have zero resolution and cannot seem to get any quality assistance to reach a solution despite many emails, phone calls (if you can get through) and promises. The lack of understanding is astounding especially with Sasha Gregory Collection Executive who does not seem to understand that I cannot pay invoices that are in dispute, especially when I am being invoiced for consumption that is 10 x that actual, the constant emails are borderline harassment, its a shame the query team are not as eager to communicate with customers as the collections team.

We have no issue in paying, and have paid all correct gas and power invoices, but the generation of a basic correct invoice is the absolute basis of utility billing and in my experience either the systems or persons operating these systems at Corona are just not good enough or have no desire to correct invoice errors.

I am at the end of my tether trying to sort this out and feel my only action to get this resolved so I can move my contracts away from this nightmare is to go directly to their offices and wait until I can see someone sensible who can once and for all resolve my queries.

I was assured by a member of the complaints team on 2/9/26 that I would only be dealing with him from now on and that he was away until 14/9 but things would start to be sorted in his absence. I have called and emailed today after being chased by collections again asking for an urgent phone call, but as I write this no such call has been made.

I do not usually write reviews but I am absolutely disgusted with the lack of service at Corona and the time taken for something so simple to be resolved. I would not like to be in a situation dealing with a complicated query as I feel there would be no where to go except into a dark place.

If you want a life at work do not contract direct or through a TPI with Corona Energy.

Nika was amazing. I have called twice asking to merge our accounts on the portal and each time I was told to email my request with nothing being actioned. I spoke to Nika on the webchat and my request was actioned straight away. Thank you :)

I work for an energy consultancy, I contacted Corona today with a customer query for the online portal - I spoke with the lovely Rahul Manroy, so lovely to speak to very professional. He was extremely helpful and resolved the issue straight away. Some suppliers you call they will put you on hold whilst they do the work however Rahul was lovely to chat to whilst he was helping me.
