Great customer service is still alive.
I have purchased From CEM several times over the years via the CEM website always without an issue, with the exception of my most recent purchase (June 2026), this minor issue was very quickly resolved via a single phone call to CEM & dealt with immediately. Very reassuring to know that at CEM help is only a phone call away.
Full marks to the CEM crew for their exceptional customer service & very prompt dispatch of orders.

First class service, first class products
I have been a customer of Cost Effective Maintenance Products for some time now and can honestly say their products and service are first class. Every product I have purchased has been excellent quality, reliable, and exactly as described. I received another order today and, once again, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. It is refreshing to deal with a company that provides great products, prompt service, and genuine care for its customers. Highly recommended, i wouldnt run a vehicle without using these products.
