Didn’t work as good as I expected
The chin strap doesn’t work as good as I expected I sill find that I breath through my mouth.

Disappointing
After hearing nothing for a week after placing my order, I called to follow up. Initially I was told that it had been despatched the same day as the order was placed (which was a Sunday!). I was then told that despatch couldn't be reached and that someone would call me back. ( still waiting for that). The order arrived a few days later, having been dispatched the day after I called. This is unusual for this company, but it leaves a sour taste!

What a difference!
It’s been 12 years since we purchased her Resmed S90 so when we recently replaced it with the latest Air 10 machine … WOW! What a magnificent difference in the upgrade of the CPAP machines. She said it’s “Compact - easier to assemble, quicker, quieter, hose swivel, reusable filter, less parts to wash etc. I’m sorry I didn’t replace my machine earlier!”

However we do understand sometimes things can be ordered accidently in which case, if you contact us upon receiving the item, we may be able to arrange something with you, depending on what it is and the situation. Small make
I bought strapping the same as mu current one but it is way smaller and of course I cannot return it, which I do understand. From day one all of my products for my machine have been small, I certainly could not sleep with it once it was all attached, my face felt like it was all scrunched up, most uncomfortable.
