Order incomplete
I am still waiting for the order to be completed. Haven't received the mask that was ordered and paid for which was also the biggest expense and what I am needing.

Ordered items were well packed and undamaged when the parcel arrived.
I was unpleasantly surprised by the cost of one item in particular. The cost, at the discounted price, was 4 x the cost advertised for the same product in USA.

Easy to deal with
Bought a new style mask that didn’t and up working for me, the team were happy for me to return it and I purchased another mask which fits perfectly.

Emergency away from home!
I traveled from the US to Australia. While I was in Australia, I damaged my CPAP hose. 😭

I am unable to rate the use of this product as I am still waiting for my order to arrive. The item has been on back order for quite a long time.
