Booking app was easy to use and notifications were good. The movers were communicative. They arrived late but also finished early which was great. Overall excellent service A+

We had three major issues and would never recommend this business:
1. The delivery people were hasty and scratched our wood floors.
2. The bubble wrap and other secondary items we purchased were not delivered.
3. Most of the crates were covered in a layer of fine dirt on the inside and had to be wiped down before use.

Delivered and collected on time, great product, extremely useful whilst Kitchen being remodelled. Delivery and collection price only negative.

Delivery and collection was very efficient but bit disappointed the crates weren't in prestine condition on delivery as per the photos and each one needed wiping down first.

I was very pleased with Crate Hire UK! We hired 25 crates for a flat move and they were really great as they are easily stacked and you don't have to worry about things breaking inside. The delivery and collection were both very smooth and it was just so much easier and more environmentally friendly than dealing with cardboard boxes. Would definitely use them again for a flat move and would recommend to anyone.

Crate Hire UK was great, excellent communication via emails and phone calls, so you knew what was happening.
Also very easy to renew pick up dates when needed.

Delivered and picked up on time, everything as expected. No issues with any of the crates. Saved tons of boxes and protected delicates even through a move that lacked finesse and care. Many of our crates were loaded with glass and delicate crystal (albeit well wrapped with paper), and not a single item broken on arrival, even with crates stacked on each other 4+ tall.

Friendly employees, professional, good service. Would move home with you again!

Great product and very good service on delivery and pickup

Guys where absolutely fantastic. They didn't have a spare trolley so when out and bought me one. Great value for money. Would definitely use them again.

Crates arrived on time and were picked up early. I had to change my pickup location and logistics were still seamless. Good service throughout, would recommend.

Reasonable products and services. We were impressed by their handling of the Covid Crisis.
Negative points were down to delivery, which arrived outside the times we had been given. The driver did not provide an hours notice as I'd be told, which caused issues as someone had to get to site quickly, before normal hours.
Similarly the pickup arrived earlier than we'd agreed, though luckily we were ready to give them back.
One dolly we'd hired along with our crates had a dodgy wheel - minor but still, If I provide a hire service, I'd expect to be hiring out kit in reasonable condition.
