Over great price and service
Over great price and service. Employees were very nice and helpful over the phone. Only 4 starts because I got a phone call 1 hour before delivery which was very helpful. But for pick-up no phone call so I had to rush to get everything downstairs as the loading bay in the new building is very strict. Other then that great service, will consider for new move!

Overall, an excellent service.
The only comment I would like to make is that we hired two plastic dollies but were told by the driver that there was only one available. Instead, he gave us a flat, wooden one that he had in his van, which turned out quite difficult to use.

Highly recommended. We used Crate Hire UK for our office move.
The online set up process is easy. I had to regularly order additional crates and extend the timescale on numerous occasions. It was a smooth process at every stage and the staff were always very helpful and professional. Nothing was too much trouble; thanks for making this part of our office move stress free!

Delivery happened later than delivery…
Delivery happened later than delivery window stated due to a previous job running late. No phone call to say they would be late.
Apart from that all was good and crates were ideal for our move.

Great service, and great for the environment!
Friendly and flexible. Really helpful when I had issues with my initial crate delivery. Once I had my crates, they were very responsive and eager to help me extend my hire, as well as to collect the crates a few days early in the end when I had finished unpacking. I also had much less waste after my move than I would have had if I had used traditional cardboard boxes, and the crates were very strong and did a fantastic job of protecting my breakables during my move. Will definitely be recommending them!
