My wife started a business and I wanted to create her a cool looking sign with her company logo. I Googled a few different companies looking for reviews and then I came across CreateNeon. They had an easy to understand website and quote process, so I decided to try them out and get a quote. I was almost immediately contacted by a lovely lady named Saadia from customer support. I gave my cell phone number to the CreateNeon, so instead of email communications, we texted - which I absolutely loved. It made it was more convenient. She said she would review my design and get back to me with a mock up. I figured it would take a few days… nope! Less than 12 hours later she had a full mock-up prepared! The logo came to life and it looked spectacular. I had a few follow-up questions and she answered me super fast.

What a professional company!!! I had a custom sign made and everything was well executed from start to finish! The design I sent in was tweaked by my standards and wasn’t processed until the rough draft was okayed by me. While it was in the process of being made the company stayed in contact until it was completed and shipped. Because of the custom design it took about 5-6 weeks to complete. Upon arrival the sign was packaged perfectly without any imperfections. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you again!!!

Horrible communication. Once money was received 4 emails were sent with no response and the sign got to me 3 days after the opening of my restaurant. I was very clear with my opening date. The salesmen responded with in hours before I paid. Got the clients money then absolutely ignore them. I assume that is a commission based job .. I will not use this company again.

It took a long time for it to get here and my LED lights are not working. The design of the signs are beautiful and perfect, but the lights are not working and it took forever to get here.

I ordered a 3x3 outdoor sign. It looks great, it's been in operation a few weeks now, mounted to a food trailer. It's sturdy, bright, and light weight.
The service went above and beyond helping me resolve an issue with my order that I caused.
