Great experience!
Ordering was very easy. I sent my logo and was quickly provided with a mock-up showing the proposed design for my sign. I asked for a change to the design. I was provided with an updated mockup for my approval. The entire process was a breeze. The customer service folks were easy to work with. The sign arrived well packaged and in good condition. I’m really happy with my sign! Thanks!

I did not get what I ordered
I did not get what I ordered. They sent me a picture of what I should’ve have gotten and what I received in the mail was totally different. I spent $450 just to be mislead. After explaining my situation to the representative all she said was “I’m sorry about that I can offer you $50 off of your next purchase?” Like why would I order again when the order wasn’t right the first time? I’m definitely taking my business elsewhere. Fool me once but you’re definitely not gonna full me twice.

I received my neon sign very quickly and it looks fantastic.
I received my neon sign very quickly. I opened up the box and turned it on, wow it looked fantastic. Made exactly as I requested with our own font.
It came with all the fittings and controls as promised. It does more than I imagined. But most of all it looks really great. Good communication from createneon and an excellent price.

5 star experience from beginning to…
5 star experience from beginning to delivery! I am so happy with my sign- durable, bright, so many settings for blinking and dimmer capability, I wish I had the funds to buy 3 more now. I will definitely have them make another for me. This sign is even durable enough to hang on the outside of my building! Have these folks make your sign, you’ll be happy like me! 😊😎
