Recently ordered two signs for my…
Recently ordered two signs for my windows with UV protection. Got my signs today and they aren't even close to what was depicted. Spent over 1100 to find that instead of getting a full neon style sign, I got a few loops of legs and a UV black light painted logo, which is not what was discussed or shown. Company is now not responding.

Great Quality and Beautiful Pieces
Honestly your team never fails to disapoint. This is my second order with you guys and it's been great. My one complaint is I wanted this piece that I ordered recently to be slightly larger. I even made that clear in the notes. Even though it wasnt exactly the size I wanted the piece is beautiful and on display at our shelter!

We only ordered 1 sign but were charged for and were delivered 2. We could not get a refund even when we asked for one.

Please note that changes, including quantity adjustments, must be made before the order is finalized, as we cannot alter custom signs once production begins. Unfortunately, cancellations or changes are not possible at this stage.

My sign arrived quickly
My sign arrived quickly; however, the picture I received prior to arrival wasn't quite what was depicted. Paid almost $600 thinking I will get neon lights but I was wrong.

Amazing experience
I loved how easy it was to custom made what I wanted to gift my husband for Father’s Day. We had a text message conversation and it was really smooth, they sent me a link when it was done, paid, and in a few days I had the sign. Let me tell you, it’s gorgeous and it looks amazing in the gym
