The employees were always prompt, courteous and efficient. They answered all of our questions. They came repeatedly to check traps. They took photos of the areas where rats were getting inside the house. They explained the entire process. They always arrived promptly at the hour promised. The best company I've ever dealt with in Miami.

This is an honest, knowledgeable company with professional service. They know what they are doing, they are respectful of your time and money and do an excellent job communicating and solving your problem. We had a very complex rodent issue in a tricky attic situation and they were the only company that figured out how to solve it. Highly recommend.

My recent experience with Critter Control to help remove pesky raccoons from my property was excellent. Kassandra was my tech and she is personable, professional, and positive. She gave me easy access when I had questions and concerns. We communicated each day regarding the process. She loves her job and it shows. Whenever I need to remove "Critters" again I shall call Critter Control and ask for Kassandra.

Post a tornado in our neighborhood there were rats that found their way in many of the attics of homes in the area including ours. I immediately went to Google and found Critter Control. I called at 8am the next day and someone answered the phone immediately. They set up a prompt appointment and the service person arrived on time. I was clearly explained the work involved to clear out our rat problem and it was followed through perfectly with several follow up appointments. I was always sent a text confirming an appointment time and it was always stuck to by the service person Kassandra. She did a fantastic job of rectifying our problem and we are now rat free. I was extremely impressed by the professionalism of the company and although I hope to never have this problem again if I do I would call Critter Control immediately.

I called this company in a panic because a rat had entered my home. Chad answered the phone, explained what they would do, the cost, and told me he had a technician that could come that very morning! In less than half an hour, Kassandra called me and said she could be at my house very soon. She came over and was absolutely wonderful. Finally, my problem was solved. Terror --- that's the name I gave the rat-- was finally gone from my home. I hope to never have another rat or undesirable creature come into my home, but if I do, I will call Critter Control. I highly recommend this company. They are very solution-oriented and great to deal with.

We needed follow up intervention for a potential rodent problem in our house. The team including Kassandra, Emerson, Jose and Chris were wonderful--assessing and then pricing the issue. The communication on timing and punctuality were excellent. Work was completed exactly as promised which included changes to accommodate our schedule.

They are great come to your house within an hour or two put traps and next day the critters are off relocated not to your yard 😉😉 got to love it!
