The tech you sent was amazing. He was prioffessional..resoectful. And wasnt satisfied until the job was comoleted.This is the kind of employee you need to make sure stays with your company.

Still in the process of working with the crew. I think I have met and or spoken to at least five different gentlemen. It seems as if one is able to pick up where the other has left off. Communication between all company individuals seem to be consistent, each has been able to assess the situation and act accordingly. All have been only too glad to accommodate any time issues I might have had and have always given me a "heads up", either by personal phone contact or text message, if a promised time was not going to be able to be met. I can only hope this continues.
I also have to say I was somewhat hesitate when quoted a price for their services, I honestly had no idea how this company worked, other than the fact that their name has been out there for many years. I have spend thousands of dollars for repairs caused by theses critters, as I have always tried to contain/control the situation myself, unfortunately they ( the critters) were controlling me! At this point, I am convined that the money spent hiring Critter Control has been well spent, and I feel confident that any future communication, even once critter free, will be handled with the same professionalism. I truly was at my wits end!
I would highly recommend this company, and can honestly say that at this point, I can sleep a bit easier!

I retained Miami Critter Control to evict an opossum that had taken up rent-free residence in my house's crawlspace. Shaun and Greg responded quickly, communicated regularly and clearly, and were very professional. And they trapped and removed the opossum, so it's all good. I would have no reservations recommending Miami Critter Control.

After interviewing two other companies, thank goodness I found Critter Control!! We had raccoons in our attic and the Critter Control team found the entry points immediately!! Then they caught the raccoons and a possum and closed up all the holes, within days. Special thanks to Jonathan, who came out everyday and was always accessible for questions. Shaun, you and your staff are top notch!!!!

For the last few months my family and I were stressed out with the bats in my roof. I had an original quote from a company several thousand dollars to put a net around my whole house to catch them. They had no idea where the bats were at. I was referred to Critter Control of Miami by a friend. The BEST decision I made. Gregg from Critter Control came and met me at my house. He went up my roof, explained to me the whole situation of how there getting in and out, and set the trap. Within 10 days they were gone. The response time was excellent, the constant communication with me was excellent, and the price was 80 percent cheaper. Greg was very knowledgeable of how the animals think. With no hesitation, I will recommend Critter Control of Miami to anyone.

These folks were quick and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Not only did they catch all my "critters" (and there were a lot of them), but they communicated with me every day on the status of traps and catching's.

Critter Control came immediately and helped deal with a serious problem. The staff is courteous, professional and excellent to deal with.

Our condominium building had a problem with an opossum who has been coming around. Today, the critter decided to camp out right outside of one of the units, much to the dismay of two apartment residents who could not (or would not) use their front door.

My call was promptly taken by Heather who was very helpful. When I wanted the service today, she said she had to call the technician to check with his schedule and get back to me. She did so as promised and then Shaun contacted me to tell me when he would arrive and he arrived promptly. Shaun was very nice and very professional and most importantly, he captured the opossum in no time at all and it is gone!

As I said to Shaun, I hope we don't need his services again, but if we do, I wouldn't hesitate to call him.

These guys kept every appointment with precision punctuality. They did exactly what they promised to do (and more) & I'd recommend them without any reservations. If you want the job done, Critter Control are the right people.

I don't have anymore POSSUM from the first day that they come to inspect my house I know that they will keep my attic clean of POSSUM, now I can sleep better, because they take care of them and close all the entrance that they can have to get to my attic.

I had rats in the backyard under the deck, very hard to reach. The rats attracted snakes and it was getting out of control. Critter control did a great job helping us get rid of both.
They were quick, on-time and very professional.

I have had rats since I had my bathroom remodeled about 4 years ago. I contacted several companies to no avail. After searching more I asked critter control for help (they are very well reviewed on Angie's list). They were open, flexible in their scheduling, and came back until they found the source of my problem. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat!

Had a great experience with Critter Control and Greg who was the person that did the work. He did a thorough inspection and showed me all the issues I had. When the work was complete, I felt confident that my problem is solved. Great job

Had raccoon in my attic jhonathan from critter control came out removed and sealed up the house from new ones getting in. Communication was fantastic we could definitely use them in the future.
