Shaun did an excellent job. He was very clear conveying what was needed. He was always on time and professional. Very good experience.

I contacted Critter Control to remove a possum running around my attic. Shaun Crawford was at my house within an hour, he identified the problem, caught the critter, and sealed up the hole where the possum found it's way in. He was very professional and efficient.

I have had another companies in previously but they would let me down and never found the hole where the possum was coming in. Shaun just really put my mind to rest and I have not had any issues since.

I have been completely satisfied with Critter Control's solution to our roof rat problem as well as the ongoing bug control service. After the initial month of treatment for ants and roaches, we have seen no problems and have only needed the exterior treatment for all but one month for a year thereafter. I had a Rocky the Raccoon living in my attic. He was late on the rent so I called these guys to evict the little guy. I see their trucks everywhere so I figured I would give it a shot.

I am glad I called because Shaun the rep came out and hopped up there to check things out. It turned out that Rocky and his pals made themselves a window up there through the roof.

Shaun set a trap up there and came back the next day to take him away and they even sealed up the hole, which turned out to be two holes, but problem solved.

I suggest these guys all day every day. You might find someone cheaper on craigslist, but it seems as though these guys have been around for a while and I know I don't have any critters in my attic. They have been controlled.

Heard noises in my attic, called a few companies Critter Control control was the only one who could come out the same day which was a Sunday, turns out i had a mother raccoon and 5 babies living in my attic...eeekkk!!
The Technician Shaun was very knowledgeable was able to catch the mother and then removed the babies by hand, he showed me pictures of where they got in and other areas where other raccoons and animals could get in, not to mention the damage to my insulation, i signed up to have the areas sealed and with the financing they offered got the attic insulation removed and new insulation installed, Shaun and the crew that came out where always on time and very respectful of my house!

All the work came with a 1 year warranty so I have piece of mind that if any issues arise I'll have great service again.
