Excellent service, very efficient company.

I'm grateful for this company, they come out every day to check & rebait the traps. I was especially impressed with Trapper Kassandra,she always gave notice when she was arriving and showed a level of professionalism that you don't often see. They captured three large raccoons with a refreshing service oriented style.

The bat problem we had was taken care of the professionals at Critter Control. Although rain slowed the process it wasn't completed until the problem was solved. Thank you guys.

I had a rat problem in my home. I called and Shaun came by that same day. After assesing the problem I was given a quote and he explained In detail how they were going to proceed, starting immediately.
I was visited every other day by a great team of people: Greg, Kassandra to check the traps and remove the animals. The entrance ways were then repaired. When no more rats were found, they came in to remove all the insulation and put in new.
Everyone was very professional. I got calls each time they came to the house to confirm arrival time. I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

I called Critter Control of Miami in a panic a rat had gotten into my house. They offered same day service and Greg Evans and Daniel Gomez came right over and removed it from my house! They were courteous and professional and even offered a free home estimate to avoid critters coming in my home. I would call them in a heartbeat again...lets just hope I don't have to!!!

They came out right away gave me an estimate and got to work. Very reliable, and great service. I am very happy I choice them to take care of the problem I had.

My attic was full of rats, I had 2 prior companies come by my home that only placed a mouse trap and never caught anything until I was referred to I called Critter Control Of Miami best thing I ever did. They where not thinking about the rats but instead where they where coming in through, fortunately they found the holes and helped me solve this terrifying issue of having my home invaded by rats. There service was excellent, professional and fast!!! and although they did not charge me. I have heard there prices are great compared to the rest of the rodent control companies, A word of advice rats are very smart and duplicate very quicky so make sure you do hire a real professional that deals with rodents and not roaches ...Thank you Shaun!

The technician who came to the house and did all the work, sealing and preventing entry by "critters" and the trapping, was exceptionally pleasant, professional. He did all that was required and did it on time and with skill.

The costs associated with the work seemed a little high. I did not get other estimates for the work, so I do not have anything to compare the price to,

My primary concern was removing an animal from inside my home's attic. Shaun explained The entire process over the phone before arriving. When he arrived, the entire process went as he explained without any surprises. He was professional and demonstrated a genuine concern for assisting me. He was also very knowledgable and provided lots of useful information regarding the suspected initial cause and future prevention methods. From assessing the area, setting the trap, and monitoring the cage afterwards all went without any headaches. I would certainly recommend Critter Control of Miami to anyone needing immediate animal removal service.

He advised that if not done correctly, bees would return and explained process and I felt confident of competency.

Really good company for what they do. Awesome job done at my placr, there was a possom and 6 babies in the wall and they took it out quick and easy, they really know what theyre doing, id reccomend them to anybody who needs a job done.

Had a family of Raccoons that tore through our child safety net around our pool. They enjoyed the pool and except for the fact they thought it doubled as their toilet, I probably would have left them alone. Unfortunately, they did not follow the pool rules about not using it as a bathroom. I checked the reviews on Critter Control and hired them to address this issue. They were able to trap them and our pool problem is solved -- My experience with them was excellent

The technician, Greg Evans, came out right away to give me an estimate. We set an appointment for him to return to do the work. He arrived at the appointed time, completed the work promptly and was very courteous and professional.

A pregnant female raccoon was able to crawl into our home's crawl space and most likely gave birth to her babies. Every single person that we had contact with in the company, whether it was on the phone or in person, was a true professional. They were able to cause the raccoon and her litter, to vacate our house and they did a great job of sealing up the entry points. We will most definitely recommend Critter Control to anyone we know who might have similar problems.
