If I could give a minus star I would.
Last year I signed up with a different law firm for car finance redress, then I heard from these lot, asking me for my driving licence details, I thought it was the law firm I was signed up with so sent a photograph of it.
Then I realised some time later that this was a different company so phoned them to cancel the claim. That was over a year ago.
And I never heard from them again until Last week. they emailed to tell me they’d been informed that I had a claim open with another law firm, and if I want to cancel there will be cancellation fees????
I phoned last year to do this. I have opened a complaint with this firm. It’s amazing that a firm that’s supposed to be ‘helping’ me to claim unfair fees- ARE CHARGING ME AN UNFAIR FEE, after I’d cancelled a year ago.
I feel like I have been scammed.

I had been puting off contacting CRS…
I had been puting off contacting CRS with a mistake in paperwork i had made , and my understanding of how certain agreements work . However i got through in under 5 mins and straight away i was put at ease with Josie Holman .
Although my personal matter ,is not resolved yet , i was given clear next steps on how to resolve the matter .
I work in a customer service industry , and see great customer service go unrecognised far to often .
So thank you to Josie for making my first part hassle free . I would also like to highlight ,i wasnt prompted for feedback ,i asked if there was a way i could say thanks .
