I called Consumer Rights Solicitors…
I called Consumer Rights Solicitors whom are handling my motor finance complaint as had received an email from them with an update.
They needed me to make a decision for the next course of action which I was unsure of.
I got put through to Paul Omisesan he was very courteous right from the start and I said I didn't understand the legal jargon so he explained it in simple words making me understand.
Then went through the options with me and allowed me to ask questions during the conversation making sure I understood as it was imperative for me to continue my claim.
He was very patient with me as after deciding the route I wanted to take he talked through the process of doing so step by step and I had to sign (digitally). I told him I'm not tech savvy, he said don't worry let's do this together and so we did. A photo ID was required again but I didn't know how so said he if I sign whilst on the line he could see it and the process would be complete what a star!
Thank you for all you did Paul you went above and beyond and i really appreciated it. Your company are lucky to have you and you need to be recognised for this ! It was so reassuring talking to you in this world of AI we need more people like you on the end of a line , you're best of the best!😊

Double booked.
I mistakingly, instructed two solicitors to resolve my car finance problem. When I was informed of this I contacted Josie at Consumer Right Solicitors, who explained how to resolve problem, within 1 hour problem was solved, friendly, efficient & professional.

We are apologetic, should you not recall signing up for this claim. We of course can help provide the proof of authority, and audit trail of how your information was received. No action is complete before we have received sufficient client authority. We complete stringent investigation of any accusations of fraud or misinformation. We would not proceed with your claim, unless we and the claims companies we work with, had sufficient authority in which to act.
We are a regulated firm, which you can verify through our SRA number: 639255.
We work with regulated lead specialist. It’s likely, you signed up for a claim with an organisation of such, through a social media advertisement. All our lead specialist, are registered claims management companies, who generate established client leads for potential finance agreement claims

not great with communication at all
I have to say I have never spoken to anyone all I get is messages via text message asking me to sign a new file when click on the file there is nothing to say what I'm actually signing it's blank no emails. I not gonna sign anything I cannot read. Seems dodgy. I have googled them hence why I am writing this. However I cannot say communication is good as this is only the second time I have heard from them in 6 months. So I am not impressed at all and won't be signing anything I cannot read. No point in sending blank files then say sign here, it's not going to happen. Maybe they take on more than they can handle and that could be why some people get a better outcome and relationship with them.

Consumer Rights Solicitors have ignored a Data Subject Access Request (DSAR), no response within 28 days, and the formal complaint we sent to them, a further 28 Days. I will now be contacting the Information Commissioner to lodge a formal complaint.
