USPS lost my device, Customer Service fixed that!
My original product was lost in the mail, after reaching out to you and your team, it was quickly resolved and a new device was shipped. Though the process from order to product being received ultimately took about 3 weeks, the communication was solid and steady and everyone was kind. When the product arrived it was well packaged. I couldn't get in touch with the 3rd party and their voicemail was always full. They were late. Emma helped me right away and got the order and tracking numbers and 2 or 3 days later my package came. Emma did all that work quickly.and I am grateful.

My experience with the product so far is that how it's been described as it helps in the areas of sensitive and the healing process is exactly what this product does , and the customer service was excellent when I needed an answer they got back to me with in 24 hrs or less very quick to respond, and my delivery was excellent it was right were they left it at my front door 🚪 thank you they were quite and quick with delivery 🚚 . I've only have had this product about 10 days. I have been using in every evening. Is it ok to do R/B 10 min. & then do red 5 & blue 5? I want best effective for my gums & teeth.
Can't tell if effective or not. How long before results in a better check of teeth & gums?

The tingling in my feet disappeared…
The tingling in my feet disappeared after ten weeks of using curayou’s long foot pads (40hz, red and near red lights, 75% brightness, 20 min 2x daily) and their exercise, food, and nutrients guides. I started physical therapy recently and can now walk without my cane. The numbness is still present, but I understand that healing nerves takes time and I remain hopeful a full recovery is possible.
Btw, I am 77 and the tingling started 4 years ago, but the medical community didn’t discover the source for a year. Finally a blood test showed a toxic level of vitamin B6. Yes, apparently my body does not digest the common form of B6 and I only take supplements with the other versions, called p5p. I was taking One-a-day multi for women over 50 and drinking high energy drinks.

They said it would take about a month…
They said it would take about a month to see any results. As of right now I don't see a whole lot of change after two weeks of using every night for 10 minutes. Hope I see some improvement in a month.
