I needed to have my renewal payment refunded, as I am currently unemployed and had missed the deadline to cancel before payment was processed. After explaining my circumstances in a message to Customer Service, I was contacted by a customer service rep who offered a couple of options, including cancelling my account and a full refund of the payment.

I was accidentally charged a duplicate amount on an old account. Once I identified the issue, Customer Service quickly took ownership, coordinated the necessary steps, maintained clear and consistent communication, and resolved the matter in a timely manner. I was very pleased with the level of service I received.

I subscribed to Curiosity by mistake when I was exploring willow TV website.
During my chat with Jessa M I explained to her about the problem. She understood the issue and gave an immediate resolution.to cancel the subscription and refund the amount . I got the refund credited to my bank within a week. It was a wonderful experience to have dealt with an efficient customer care executive .

Aira Mae Castanares is amazing! She is professional, easy to communicate with, and quickly to resolve my request.
She is so awesome, I went into Curiosity and watched "Living with Lions" which touched me deeply. I could not find the year it was created, yet what struck me to my core, is the excitement and joy the children experienced when the received the "lights" to use to save their herd from the lions and the lions from being hunted." You would never see that in this country, though I have a niece that responded equally at 6 years old when she realized that her trip to California included a 2 day experience at Disneyland. Now 15, she still has this depth of gratitude that you seldom see in children these days. The length that these children went to in order to protect the lions was magical.
With all that said, I am considering either reinstating my annual subscription or speaking to her mother to fund it for Journey.
