Customgenie Avis 

I made sure all my decals are perfectly aligned. They all came misaligned. I put in a remake request, they came back on the wrong stock and they were misaligned yet again. I ordered multiple sheets of the same decal, they are aligned differently on each sheet. Some of them float on the same sheet. This has been an ongoing issue. Extremely frustrated, and done ordering from these guys.

*Update*
I was contacted in reference to my review. Jessica from Custom Genie asked if I would like a refund or decals. She assured me they would be looked over to ensure they are centered as I laid them out. Once again they came misaligned. Decals on the same sheet were misaligned differently too. The decals in the vertical center of the sheet were perfectly centered, the ones on the right float to the left and the ones on the left float to the right. I ordered two sheet of ybis particular design. On the second sheet none were centered and they all floated down. Definitely a them problem and they can't fix it. Stickers International was an infinitely better company. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Quick delivery, and perfectly done. Very happy with the product

I'm not particularly happy with the transfer of process from Name Badges International to Customgenie. We had dozens of templates that we ordered from and they were all lost. Also there was no clear crosswalk betwen the NBI offerings and the Customgenie offerings. I think this could have been done a lot better. I know it should have been done a lot better.

Print quality came out very poor for the domed stickers despite my high-resolution art file.

Issues uploading art online. Phone calls w/ their reps would give us conflicting information that no one could back up in an email as we tried to place orders online & email artwork. After reading reviews, I think we avoided a HUGE MESS!

Fair price, easy online ordering and great tag!

The new website took a few minutes to get used to, as artwork is handled differently.
Love that the discount is automatic for our wholesale account.

We had a unique situation ordering name badges. Everyone was very helpful and responsive!

Order was wrong, communication is constantly delayed.

The client was extremely happy with the quality and look of the name badges. She was also amazed at the speed at which she placed the order, and the product was received. Thank you for making me look like a hero.

We had an issue but they corrected it and got a replacement to us very quickly.

We don't like exporting and uploading an Excel file for the names! Please bring back the old way of inputting names

The order arrived in suitable time - though at the end of the 7-day timeframe posted on the website. Each order I've placed, including this one, have been suitably packaged and have arrived in good condition.
The ordering process for 'custom' stickers is a little more complicated than I would hope given that successive orders of the same item should simply draw from the details already on record. Having the opportunity to select formats already on file with Custom Genie would alleviate issues that arose after attaching a copy of the image I kept on file from a previous order. The issue was resolved after several email exchanges, however.

I never rec'd an order confirmation after placing an order. Never rec'd tracking via email after the order shipped.

Good price, good product and good service

The stickers came out great, great quality great image. Only thing is I didn’t get an update on when stickers were made or estimated delivery. I ordered on a Saturday (12/6) and they were delivered on Monday (12/15) a week later. I know the faqs said like a 2-3 business days turnaround but I had my event 12/13 so was a little disappointed. Will still use again. Will just make my order in advance.

The design was so so small after choosing the largest sizes. I had a design deleted it and redid it but the original design I didn’t want was sent to me. It was hard to see the placement of the writing and design on the pen. Extremely disappointed.
