Same as the others! order, pay, no shipping notification, ignore emails, don't deliver, don't take calls, managed to get 1 lady (PR girl) if that is her PR skills she is in the wrong job! Now with NSW Trading as i have had enough...expensive clothing and not even the courtesy to reply to an email about where your money went. They need to be shut down if they can't handle volume as they keep advertising all over facebook but seemingly can't fulfill orders. Never again

Previously good experience…not so much now
Had previously had a good experience purchasing online from this company but my latest has been a disaster. Purchased item for a function, website said 2-8 days for delivery when processing payment. Nothing for 10 days so contacted them by email to be told it takes up to 14 days for them to send. Needless to say did not arrive in time for function! Then had to exchange for different size - what a pain. No return shipping. Item was marked as delivered back to them a week ago and still no sign of my replacement item, no response to emails and nobody is answering the phone.
Suggest avoid ordering from these guys unless you have a VERY long lead time.

Czarina Kaftans - No kaftans in STOCK, will take your cash and then go off grid...
They have a distribution issue- they advertise new garments - you pay for them - they are not in stock - they dont refund or tell you this - they do nothing- they dont allow comments on their instagram posts- so they dont resolve the issues. They have around 4 email addresses which they refuse to answer - they dont answer Facebook queries. If they dont have the stock there is nothing wrong with asking customers to wait or just refund them - but they just remain SILENT - there is no communication from them at all. Dont get me wrong people arent hating the company they just want a response when items arent sent which they have been paid for - instead they get silence . It seems really unprofessional to refuse to answer customers on all platforms. Had to go to PayPal to get refund as seller just did not respond or answer phone calls. The silence makes the company seem like it is running a scam or going out of business as I have neverknow a legit company of good standing to refuse to answer emails , I would avoid this company or use payment methods that can give you a refund. PS They didnt even answer Paypal - so the refund was automatic. I have truly never known a business with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE or noone answering emails - it is not a joke they have NADA, NIL, Zero, Oebso. I offered to wait for the items if they were having production issues but the seller just ignored the emails- what business does that. The clothing looks nice but you most likely wont be sent it and so use an easy refund method for payment,
